I tend to not pay attention to average stats across the playerbase they can be very misleading, however in the case of 752 it is pretty much objectively overpowered.

Pretty decent mobility, fantastic pen, ofc the double shot with a nice alpha, high dpm for a double shot tank, very good accuracy (aside from aim time) especially the on the move dispersion, good gun depression, very good armour hulldown and troll on flat.. I mean this tank is unironically already better than some t10 heavies

Yeah there’s kinda power level caps. Once you hit a certain number that’s the base cap. After that you have to do certain activities to get powerful rewards to increase further. The last 10 power level is pinnacle only and that’s more specific activities so it takes a bit of grinding
