1. The game runs bad. Not optimized. Its terrible on pc, even worse on mobile.
2. The game is absolutely terrible for new players.
3. The game crashes EVERY FRICKING TIME.
4. Someof the game aspect look worse than the current blitz imo.

and the hurt cam is extremely in need.

remarks; absolute zero settings is horrible but at low-min settings it's not that bad, just looks like it has super high contrast and more cartoonish then the original blitz which imo has better quality especially Lesta which has pbr in the maps.

you can play any vehicle that you own, you don't need to unlock its set. if the set is locked, that means you don't own any researchable vehicle in it, or there is no researchable vehicle in the set. unlocking the set will only allow you to increase the set level (potentially unlocking more vehicles or grinding set levels to increase player level)

otherwise, totally unnecessary to unlock the set. if you don't agree with how needing a researchable vehicle in a set to unlock it, give WG feedback in #📝sets_1

It's just WW2 was heavily propagandized as a "Men's War" where MEN went off to battle and did MANLY THINGS LIKE RIP PEOPLE'S THROATS OUT. When no, there were women involved in combat a lot more often than what documentaries show, because a lot of footage and records shown to the public are that of men rather than women due to 80+ years of documentary bias.

I only know of what happened with female commanders of germany's elite division because our teacher closed the door. Told us not to tell our head of year or the principal (UK Secondary School) about it. She sat down on the desk with a pretty dark slideshow and told us what happened with as straight a face as possible. I only know of what went on because one teacher broke curriculum to break down a stereotypical perception we've had for years about the atrocities of WW2 germany.

Women can be as scary and as evil as men, and they can do things that you will wish you never learnt about. Same with Japan and that infamous Unit. It's one of those things where it's true that they were rarer than men, and footage of them is even rarer. We don't learn enough about women in all parts of WW2 because of heavy sexism of the time. When I say they weren't statistically uncommon, I mean moreso towards how media and our history curriculums pitch them as they are from perspectives now. Comparing what we get taught to more first and second hand sources, you can find a mix of disparities in the context.

Female tank commanders, pilots and naval officers themselves were still rare across the board, but they're always some of the more fascinating stories that we should certainly get more information on.

There's a lot of things that pulled the game away from what it was. But there is really only so many WW2 concepts of tanks and designs that you can pull from before you run out. Same with cold war designs. Eventually, whether you like it or not, we would run out of WW2/CW tanks. Because we can only cover about 40 years give-or-take of technological evolution. There's still about 200-400 tank designs we could totally see come to the game, but that's at best if we were to add every single concept and make innumerable guesses as to what was intended.

It's pretty much this.

He had the freedom to express his opinion. He had the freedom to post it and share it. He did not have freedom from consequence, which is what a lot of people want instead of freedom of speech and freedom of expression. He knew exactly what he was saying, he knew he could express it freely. And he did. He then also reaped the consequences of how his opinion reflected on a commander, and it's interpretations.

If he didn't want a black female commander, he expressed it as clearly as he could have. Do I agree with him? No. And that's because I'm fully well aware of the situations Wargaming is in with historical commanders. I read all of the books in the old Time Life WW2 encyclopedia collection before I started the sixth grade, I’m aware. But adding tanks that are invented but still historically realistic isn’t the same as a 3 barrel, half second firing tank gun, the characters he referenced, or flying tanks with lasers. WG has continued pushing that envelope further way from any connection to reality and that pushes some people away. They asked for feedback. Posters here and moderators can shout that down or ban it all they like, it doesn’t change the sentiment that is actually behind quite a bit of the dislike of the proposed update.

I think the difference comes from the context of both of them. I think WotB is trying to be pushed far more towards kids than World of Tanks and World of Warships. The content and market advertisements are so far apart now and wargaming appears to be looking for a greater separation between the titles.

I dont doubt they could add real life commanders, but they would be shooting themselves in the foot in terms of money and market share if the kids' parents found out. It's a games design & marketing decision at play that affects a multi-million dollar title.

Wot blitz reforge is so bad, there are so many unessasary changes and additions, if wargaming is to release this change the game with definitely lose a majority of the player base if not all of it, I think we can all agree that the PBR, the new physics are good additions, but that is all the people want, the sets could be a good additions is it was along side the tech trees and it would be a good way to suggest tanks for a players play style, and it could be a good way to get premium and collector tanks that aren't in the shop rotation very often. Advanced RISC Microarchitecture uses the RISC instruction set, which can run far more instructions... but also NEEDS to run far more instructions to do the same tasks as an X86/X86_64 architecture task. That's why ARM PCs sometimes struggle to emulate Windows "64-Bit" apps... because it's trying to act like it's an entirely different CPU than it is.

They aren't, really. the M4 on the iPad runs at even less power than the M4 on the Macbook Pro. I know the same is true for the M2. I have an M2 IPad Pro and an M2 13'' Macbook Pro. The Macbook is faster at working than the the iPad at day-to-day tasks like watching a video. But I still prefer the ipad because of portability.

Then there you are, unfortunately, wrong. You can't compare every CPU, you can compare CPUs of the same instruction sets. Look at FPGAs vs The Nintendo 64, then try compare the M4 to an 14900K. It can't be done because the performance of once cannot be replicated (or estimated correctly) on another. Many computer scientists have tried, and many computer scientists still want to strangle you for making them try.

Instruction Sets are a hardware/silicon level thing that emulating correctly, and at correct speed, is an extremely hard task. Especially when working with COMPLETELY separate architecture. It's why even Intel 8080 applications can struggle to run on a Intel Core 2 Duo.

True, the ipad pro cooling solution only allows a 13 watt sustained tdp, which is not identical to the 25-35 a fan cooled macbook pro could push for example. Nonetheless, this was irrelevant in the argument because we were debating single core performance. A full load single core load does not consume anywhere as much power to the point you'll feel the difference in cooling. M4 is still the most powerful cpu on the market in terms of raw single core score.
