Medium side however is almost constantly the part of the map that YOU NEED to control if you don't want to lose

It's very simple: town has no escapes. Want to cross a part of the town? Good luck making through that corridor. Want to peek? Sidescrappe is the only option most of the time, and it's not nearly as strong as hulldown
