Both supertesters and clan testers are pretty much the same thing.
They both get the tested tank around 2 or 3 months before their actual release, have around 3-4 weeks to play a required number of battles and have to give a report through a survey.
Testers performance in the tanks are also monitored.

And as a supertester, I can attest, no the tanks we get aren't the broken versions, at least not anymore. That used to be the case, but now, every tank we get is either the exact same version that ends up released or a even weaker version. We also don't get to test some tanks like collab tanks (to keep them fully secret until the end)

It’s a pretty great tank imo
It has 9 degrees of gun depression which allows you to be flexible in any map
Combine the gun depression with great turret armor and 420 alpha damage with retical calibration makes it a pretty solid heavy tank
It pretty much solves the issue that your average 122mm Soviet tank has (No gun depression)
But It’s not the most accurate tank and it has a large lower plate which is very weak, and side-scraping can be a bit sus
