It does count as fraud bcuz they failed to deliver good/service dispute with seatgeek and affirm and see what they tell you. I have heard seatgeek refunds over something called buyers guarantee. Also very important to dispute with affirm so that ur payments get put on hold and ur credit won’t be affected if you don’t make the four payments on time.
