Razor headphones that came broken, turtle beach headphones that are broken, a single sound form ear bud
😎
Here's mine. On the left are Sennheiser HD7 DJ, my daily drivers on pc. Had them for close to 10 years, as you can see the headband is held together by hopes and dreams but i love them dearly.
On the right a pair of Audio Technica ATH M50x BT, basically the most default headphones in bluetooth version (can also do cabled). I use them for on the go, but i find the sound a bit underwhelming, quite muddy compared to the sennies
have you considered upgrading to stereo lol
No I need headphones but they never work
Because my parents do not need to hear my music taste and yt
i meant stereo headphones as in, headphones were one side isnt broken 🫠
Ohhhh if u can't tell idk much abt this 😭😭
But for the turtle beach ones the main issue is that both sides dnt work
😭
lmaoo😭 😭 😭
Also had the Sennheiser Momentum TW 2 for a while, pretty much the best sounding true wireless in ears you can get if you ask me... But the left side stopped working after pretty much exactly one year, i got them replaced and the replacement also died after a year 🫠that's when i got the Audio Technicas instead
i use letshuoer DZ4 with my xp dual bal DAC
and audio technica M40 for music stuff
that sounds fancy, never heard any of those brands before. how are you finding it sound wise? if you have any comparison
so SO damn good, letshuoer sounds really clean, subs and highs/high mids are boosted, DAC just gives some crunch (idk how to explain) you really need to try those together, both cost me like 200$. its really cheap for sounds you get
store in city i live rn allows me to listen to headphones without buying, that helps a lot
interesting. been thinking about getting a seperate dac cuz i dont think my next phone will still have a headphone jack sadly...
so jealous of that! have a hifi store in my city as well, but their headphone selection is a bit small. the only ones they had i liked the sound of, some model of Grado, were also impossibly uncomfortable for long wear on my head
good thing about my dac is that you can pair it with you phone
use bluetooth
wont bluetooth then just be the limiting factor all over again?
kinda, yeah, but it doest really make the sound worse, it just loses some colors
i use bluetooth mode only when im outside
i just dont like wires all around me
yeah, for walking and on the move same
but i notice it enough with the m50, they're already a bit muddy but with bluetooth it's so much more
basically i connect the headphones to my DAC and put it in my left pocket and i use the right pocket for my phone
yeah i didnt like the lows, thats why i bought 40 instead
also i didnt have money to buy m50 xD
i actually find it a lot more noticable in the mids to highs xd
i just now noticed, i thought theres only one color you can choose from😳
you got the purple one
i thought theres only black xD
yeah! i think they make a new limited colour edition every year
D:
they have black and white always, and then something new every year
oh didnt know that
this year they seem to have dark blue and orange, looks kinda cool but i dont love them enough to collect colourways now xD
xDD
maybe it will change now tho... i got my personal white whale recently, a new old soundcard for my pc, and on that one the m50x actually sound a lot better? even on par with the sennies perhaps?
(flawless transition to showing off more gear) (second pic: left new, right old)
looks sickk
sadly quite crashy with an amd cpu, and i'm still fiddling with the eq, it does sound a bit different after all
