Could you please confirm that you do not have any song filters turned on?
(eg. "owned" "not owned" etc. under sort & filter)
This is the sort of behaviour that would indicate a filter that was too restrictive.

Ah! OK - yeah that's a Steam credential thing for sure. This one is different (and sounds like the person on Steam Forums where the items were straight up missing)
