This applies to only when I play on PSVR2. This does not occur on Quest 2 or 3 for me. Ongoing issue, first reported in July 2024.

When playing challenges with NJS and warp active some hit notes will register as missed. I have noticed this on every challenge I have tried that has had this combination of modifiers/powerups. Today's Daily Challenge+ (Behemoth- Faux Tales on Easy Rhythm) was a great example. After many attempts I can not complete it without missing about 20 or so notes. I tried it once on Meta 3 and had 0 issues. Looking at the leaderboards no PSVR2 players are able to FC this Challenge+ with this combination of powerups/modifiers.

Challenges with NJS modifier active are fine.
Challenges with Warp active are fine.
Challenges with Superspeed active are fine.
Challenges with NJS + superspeed are fine.

Challenges with any combination that includes NJS and Warp, will cause missed notes when Warp is active.

Solo I can not recreate... can't send myself warp.
Not tested in Multiplayer in anyway.

I have tried restarting the game. Powering off/on the PSVR2. Restarting the PS5. Turning off the PS5 and then turning it back on. Ensured the controllers were fully charged. Resetting my play area/boundary. Different lighting set ups in case it were a tracking issue but I don't think that made a difference at all.

Please provide your gameplay video showing THIRD PERSON camera with the score hits and HUD showing.

There's no difference in the mechanism of how this works outside of the fundamental hardware differences - if the platform says your hand was in the right place at the right time, you will not miss.

No room adjust. only a very small adjustment on my orbs to mimick quest 3 positioning.

On both psvr2 and quest I move forward, back, left and right of center constantly and maintain very high accuracy. On both platforms. I'm not sure what centering would have to do with this, as my understanding is if my orbs are where they should be when they should be it should register regardless of where my physical body is.... except the hands, they obviously need to be where the game wants.

Imagine a 2D wall at the centre of your platform.

That is the judgement point

So if you are playing ahead or behind of that point it matters for hit / miss. There is a window of easing before / after that wall which will allow early / late hits.

But you can't be too early or too late - and once speed becomes part of the equation you can see how this is a question that has to be asked.

So if I play both on the quest 3 on psvr2 exactly the same... centering, why such a difference. I played the same on both platforms.

Just throw a dev in a psvr2 headset, if they are familiar with how the game plays they will understand right away something is amiss.

OK, I can confirm that there's something not behaving as it should - the question is whether it's something we can do anything about and that will require a developer's attention to confirm. In the meantime I'm asking @obtuse shale to knock off this modifier combination to make sure PlayStation players aren't left out when it comes to these challenges.
