#Unable to purchase music packs

I discovered this when I tried to purchase the 90s pack:

All music pack DLC that I have not purchased shows "0 songs" and "$0" (in the synthriders app) and won't let me purchase, with a 'something went wrong' error. The same oh-so-helpful error presents when trying to purchase the dlc directly from the store (tho price is listed there), regardless of being attempted in the headset, mobile app, or we page.

individual tracks that are part of the packs will allow me to purchase them.

Quest 3, and v77 recently installed, but I was on v76 when I first ran across it. I'm just bad about remember to report things in a timely fashion.

(and that's why you're seeing the same helpful message in the store - it's coming from the same place)

#

The only other reason I could think of the packs showing 0 songs when you open them is if you have the filter set to hide items which are DLC / that are not owned.

#

If you can send over a screenshot of what you are seeing in either app or store, that would be helpful for the store team if they need to take something up with Meta.

I was suspicious it might be a meta thing. Where should I send the snip?

Apologies for misremembering. No prices listed, just total time.

#

Here's a bundle I successfully purchased:

#

All other unpurchsed bundles are showing 0 songs/duration as well. I'm pretty sure I was on v76 when I picked up the 80s and Gorillaz bundles, now that I think on it, though.

.. and what happens when you press "BUY BUNDLE" in the first one?

#

Do you have a screenshot of what happens next?

#

The information is correct on the first, but a little redundant: if you don't own any songs, the total songs is 0 and the duration of all the songs you own combined as a playlist is 00:00 - so we can ignore that, and really the issue is being able to purchase the pack, either from here in the game or in the app.

Oh! Ok, I didn't realize it was the count of owned tracks. Got it. Anyway, trying to buy it causes a bit of "waiting", and the meta quest purchase options never show up before "some error happened" message. Interestingly enough, while trying to get a screen cap, on the 3rd try, it actually went through! Sort of. It will now bring up all the store info with confirmations, and even request my pin before giving me "some error happened". For me, this is conclusively a Meta issue, and I appreciate the time you've given to helping me diagnose.

That's why I was wondering about purchasing in the browser; just take the guess work out of it!

Oh yes. Great coverage. I actually had an issue with being unable to use certain codes in the store for a different app, so there's potentially something wonky with my account. Thanks again!
