Hi there,
I have not used the Online Multiplayer feature of this game in a while. When attempting to select that option, nothing happens.
I have tried switching back to stable branch, verifying game files, and even re-installing the game completely... but to no avail.
Is there anything else I can try or do to fix the issue I'm having?

Not sure which “stable” branch you mean - do you mean the previous/ legacy branch?
Perhaps you could tell me - do you see leaderboard scores or not?
If you can see leaderboard scores and just can’t get into multi, please see this post: #1319527686850347041 message
If you can’t see leaderboards either, please make sure you are signed in to Steam and showing as connected to platform and then on the same PC as the game please point your web browser to https://services.synthriders.net - if you can’t reach that site you won’t be able to access any online game services
If you have an Eero router, this will be the issue and you need to put an exception into Eero secure for that site.

I was running the beta for years... for some reason
I did have a bunch of unnecessary folders installed... notably Melon Loader stuff for mods. Not sure if that could have caused an issue

Open beta is AOK
We always keep that up to date with release now that it’s all live - and you get patches first (always road tested first of course!)
Everyone seems to have had different reasons - some twitch credentials, some a bad settings file, some exotic parts of the Unity caches outside the game folder…
We’re not sure which is the main root cause; but we have a much longer list of things to try in order to fix it now

Gotcha. Seems like everything is working after importing all the songs, avatars, stages, and mods. Will check for leaderboards scores in a sec, but if you meant in Solo, then yes
Update: Yes I can see leaderboards while in multiplayer as well

Yep! You wouldn’t be able to get into multi if you couldn’t see the leaderboards 👍
