I dig it I dig it!
If that’s the case and they really did clickbait him then that would be disappointing tbh
Maybe you'll get to see him in combat in the flashback to what happened on Brendok.
I’m not saying there won’t be a flashback showing him fighting as you mentioned. I do think there were deliberate choices in showcasing certain characters and sequences to make reveals or twists a little more shocking. I suppose you can call it clickbait but it’s nothing new really when it comes to trailers. If they didn’t create hype in that way ahead of time then the story would be a lot less interesting imo.
He was hoping Mae would be his learner. So he was scouting out who she wanted revenge on - perhaps Kelnacca was beyond her ability so? Or, if he indeed went after she told him she was thinking of surrendering, he did it to prevent it.
Definitely the latter. Qimir was extremely emphatic that Mae had made a deal with her Master and she needed to kill Kelnacca or there would be consequences.
And he had established earlier that he'd already tracked down Kelnacca's exact location, so he knew how to beeline there once it was clear Mae's priorities had shifted.
It remains to be seen if the Stranger himself has a beef with those specific four Jedi and Mae was his tool to accomplish that, or if getting her to kill them was just part of seducing her fully to the dark side and his control.
He clearly does have some manner of background with Sol, at least.
They definitely click baited us with Carrie-Anne Moss lol
Dead in the first 5 mins
For realll
I actually wanted to see more Trinity in my Star Wars she’s a really good actress
Well, actually 6 minutes 36 seconds
haha, nice, I was close!
For once, we're in complete agreement. Hopefully we'll see her some more next episode. There has been footage of her we haven't seen.
I mean, maybe they couldn't afford more than 6:36 of her lol
I kinda had a feeling about that. It's sad, but she is a bigger star than the rest.
Which was entirely the point. Hiring a bigger name actor/actress for a part that is killed off quickly to both build hype and then set an all bets are off tone for the show/movie isn’t exactly new lol
Plus Vern is supposed to be the resident bad ass of the series, She might have had some competition otherwise with Indara
That was my thought too. I remember her concern in the books.
How does Qimir know Yord turned Osha in for a crime she didn't commit?
Just rewatched and spouse has a theory that the water Qimir bathes in is restorative. He has a big gash on his arm when he goes in but it looks to be gone completely when it comes out. Though we don't get a really good look at the inside of his forearm again, just a flash.
The Occam’s Razor answer would be “he read surface level thoughts”
I assume he knows more than he is letting on.
He was able to do some healing on Osha. Waiting for hubs this week to watch 7.
Maybe the water gives his healing powers a boost.
if ||cortosis|| is mined there, maybe it affects the water too?
@cobalt pasture @tight peak There's been more than 6 and a half minutes of Carrie Anne-Moss. She plays Indara in the flashback episodes, too. Special effects just deaged her, I guess.
