Hockey mask is equipped for a symbolic reason, it was a apparel awarded for killing LMB in div 1.

Holsters are painted red to give this npc "weakness" kind of vibes.

If possible, I would really appreciate if they let me have the hoodie on, facemask worn as a balaclava and a hockey mask on top of that.

Unless there's another one out there I don't know about, the closest to a "Rainbow" colour I've found is "Bermuda", which is a reward for completing one of the item sets/outfits, I assume Heat Wave but I'm not 100% sure on that.
