Depending on exactly how little iconography you want on it, there's actually a ton of hoodie options.
Most have at least some as decoration, some armoured, a few without sleeves.

Initially they did because the first couple of seasons actually included skill variants after WONY.

(You can still get these as you can replay the manhunt climax missions for them.)

At the time of release, there was a anniversary pass (for 1000 div credits or 10 USD) and the anniversary bundle (for 2000 credits or 20USD). the latter, had the season pass which gave you Doc, Archer and Walker uniform (the others were free) plus 50 more stash space, big alejandro skin and 20 level skips.

Currently, only the big alejandro and 50 stash space is available for purchase for 10 USD or 1000 div credits. The outfits however, may become available again at some point, just like they have done with previous season pass outfits, like R6 Siege and Payday.

They look fine from a distance, but I’m not completely satisfied with the finer details, such as the pants hanging awkwardly over the boots and other small inconsistencies.

So everything has to be custom-made, same as from div1 - div2.

heres a fun fact, when we have the Blind Hunter outfit, we are currently using its original legs. The hunters you see were actually wearing our Apparels but reskin completely. However the armors were exclusive to them only. Even the backpack they wore were actually available in the world loot pool just without the those ropes, extra magazines. This is the Hunters used

IIRC we can't use NPC's clothing, it has to be specifically designed for us.

Small pro tip for fashioning: change your face paint to help cover up bits that need filling in for your fashion.
The streak across the eyes works wonderfully for masks with eye-holes.

if you're going for "Tacticool" it is very common to have hearing protection to not blow your eardrums out. Even Hunter 2-1/Sgt. Foley and Ramirez (MW2 2009) had hearing protection, and all of Delta Team "Metal" had it as well (MW3 2011). Wearing just a bucket on your head is not typical for someone firing an automatic weapon, even semi auto.
