General rule for one strap packs like Faye and the new brand's pack is the clothing must not have any vests at all. So all the rogue agents outfit are incompatible, but clothing that has no chest pieces like Gladwall's outfit or Guerilla shirt will allow a one strap. The only exception to the rule is The Recruiter and Faye's outfit.

If you want one of the smallest overall backpacks in terms of farmable ones, i suggest the Hana-U backpack as it is flat, and small enough for most outfits

The grey-tier appearance mods for the chest is also very small, and colours remarkably well.
Only somewhat related, but it saved me spending actual $ back in the day.

I also find the purple Wyvern pack to be good on certain outfits, as it blends into the chest piece quite well giving the effect you're wearing just a vest

There's also the Hotshot pack, which is small and compact enough to look good too.

its a bug that only works on females with the see no evil mask if yo tick the option to always show mask in your gear menu it will show both masks at the same time
