Main problen from div1 to div2 is the lack of color variants, div1 base game had multiple variants of a single piece in different colors.
div2 base game you get a t-shirt in a single color and thats it, really sucks for self expression

If you want a Final Measure set that actually looks more like the set in div 1, appearance mods to use:
empress mask, china light (or blue Alps) chest, hard wired knees, heartbreaker holster, steelworks (or blue overlord) gloves. Closest backpack is an R&K but that’s mostly in overall shape.
Couldn’t find any direct apparel items, except for Agent Sutton boots which are almost exactly the same

depends if the top has a "vest" portion to it. Either added by the outfit or allowing for chest gear pieces to show. It's a weird setup since the "vest" portion can be anything obstructing the one strap look you see, if it does then you get the good old double strap look.
