That's div 2 bc first of the agent is wearing petrov armor and second the backpack straps. In div 1 it would be 1 strap over the chest and in div 2 it's 2 straps.

Also that mask isn't in div 1 and the patch around the arm doesn't have a strap around the arm in div 1
