I tend to use a red/yellow hybrid build, drop a turret and artificer hive on the railing outside his door before spawning him. Technician 'faraday field' ability prevents them from being disrupted, so they lay into him while I go shoot everyone else.

tier 6 skills and maybe one skill damage roll on my gear, + Capacitor stacks, everything else is crit, and the turret still destroys him rather quickly

there’s a map here which I’m pretty sure is an in game asset too which has the general area marked as the “Iron Pits” which sounds like maybe somewhere the Cleaners would have their base
or maybe it’s just a weird name for the mass grave at Madison Square Park

probably a mass grave but the other marked on the map (The Iron Pits and the Rockefeller Pits) have them there in game, but not the Hell Pits in the top left
