the group of 4 are quite doable if you just control the control point near them, I think the only difficult one I had trouble with was the 2 in the pool

Go down into the monument, and hit the console. from there, go and salute at three nearby graves, then go back and hit the console a second time. This brings us People assumed "Release another" means "Go back to the monument and kill a hunter, 'release his soul' sort of thing". I don't buy it. Washington Monument was the first monument in DC constructed, so there's that line down, which brings us to having everything but the "RELEASE ANOTHER" line solved. People assume that "Release" means "Murder" and they go off and find the nearest Stalker, and try to kill it, which brings out the one shot theory that everyone is parroting. What I want to investigate is does "release" mean "Let out". I've found that there are two power panels on the outside of the Monument, that when shot turn off red lights in the safe room, but I can't find a link there, so I'm calling it a dead end for now. After you interact with the console a second time, a red ring appears in front of the Control Point up at ground level, which I assume is a clue, but nothing I've tried gets any results.

Its in the west end district on that bridge between the houses but this was my very first meeting with one and he disappeared so unfortunately we have to search all around the map and i believe the parachutes play a role

you should use m60 for a sustained dps MG and rpk for high burst MG

Also if we do it now, does that prevent us getting the keys later? Or do we just do it /correctly/ on someone elses session that hasn't done it to get the keys?
