There hasn't honestly been much mention of the criminal underworld aside from Rikers, generic rioters and the Millenial Hyenas. Where's the Mob in all this? Pre-existing criminal organisations

I don't know a lot about organised crime mafias but I think they don't have the numbers to do what the likes of the Rikers or Hyenas do
there is a mob boss in Div 1 who volunteered for the JTF, he needs you to take out some Rikers who threaten people who pay protection money
and yea based on the Langley reports and the insane stuff they actually get up to IRL, I think a cartel would be a logical faction

Then the JTF pulls out, they abandon you and the civilians and you have no choice but to escape the dark zone and you're declared rogue; the military and government being portrayed as villainous cowards. After that the entire map is opened up and it follows you fighting the hostile factions including the JTF, meeting Aaron Keener and joining his cause as well as becoming allied with the LMB

Yeah and my agent's story is that when he got activated he was on a hunt to hunt a specific agent which is Agent Brave and while he did, he met with Schaffer by Wallstreet and offered him to join them and asked him this "If I join you're BTSU would I get the thing's I need to hunt the agent I'm looking for? Cause from what I have seen all of the Rogues you've had are dead now" and Schaffer said to him "Listen, I promise I'll give you the thing's you need for you're hun" and after that he accepted the offer and went rogue but still kept in contact with Many and Kelso as a sort of Rogue ally( Like the one where me made an alliance with the True Sons at the end of the Season 9 manhunt) to help them gather intel on the Black Tusk while also needing some intel on where the Agent Brave was located.

And sorry if it's a long explanation but I'm trying my best to come up with a good lore explanation of my agent here.

Ok! So update on my agent's lore here if anyone's wondering here. After going to the pathway park hoping for something left from Faye and then getting ambushed by a group of cleaners a rogue agent came in and helped him with the ambush that had happened and his name was Leo Keener the brother of the rogue agent Aaron Keener here he helped him killing the cleaner's and after the fight the cleaner's have retreated from pathway park and after that my agent spoke to Leo Keener thanking him for the help over there and asking him if he wants to make a team together and see if he wants to in which he agrees to do it and after the agreement Leo said that he will go scout the area for some more bad guys to kill and he said "Sure! Suit yourself." and after saying goodbye for a little bit he went through the tunnels that the cleaners have drilled in order to reach Haven he managed to find Kajika's hideout and see what Faye has left behind and to his surprise she did left him some intel that he can use and in one of them she left a note for him saying that says "If you can see this then be careful there's a hunter coming after you and he wants you dead." and after hearing the note and looking through the intel he got worried that now he's being stalked by a hunter and that soon he will meet his demise. After taking the laptop with he makes an escape from Kajika's hideout and runs away till he finds a safe place to hide and tell Leo what he have found inside pathway park that made him scared.

Now he is bored of kicking everyone's ass and migrated back to roblox where he hunts down some invisible dude that escaped containment that is ironically named "The Hidden", only killed the hidden once by accident with a grenade

Upon killing JTF Patrols in Texas he found out most were retreating to DC to defend the state in its condition. Brave conducted a 4 Day journey to Washington with nothing but a motorcycle and dwindling food supply’s (and gear obviously). I’m to lazy to write the rest because i’m sleep deprived

Well my agent's lore is kinda interesting and yet i still can't think of a backstory of him before he was activated but what i can say is that when he got activated he decided to search for a rogue agent called agent brave and while he was chasing that agent he did left some comms for kelso before going rogue telling her that he's sorry for what he has done and he says that his plan was to become rogue just like Faye Lau did and work for the Black Tusk so he can gather intel on them just like she did with schaeffer and once he reached new york he went to pathway park to see what was left behind and while he went to go to pathway park he got ambushed by some cleaners and he was pinned there but thankfully another rogue came in and helped him and that rogue was none other than Leo Keener himself and after killing all the cleaners he thanked Leo for that and asked him if he wants to make a team to which he agreed and after that Leo went on his own way to scout but still kept in contact with him and after my agent reached Kajika's hideout he managed to get a hold of a laptop with some intel and a note from Faye saying that he being stalked by a hunter and he should be careful and after reading the note he grabbed the laptop and got out of there quickly before telling to Leo on the comms that he's heading to a safe place and telling him what he has discovered there that scared him.

A first wave agent activated in NYC at the start of the pandemic; Kieran was tasked with controlling the violent riots inside the Dark Zone when the JTF abandoned him and his fellow agents. Following this abandonment Kieran was approached by Aaron Keener accompanied by Huntsman with a place in the LMB; being promised both revenge and a way to perform his main mission; to restore order, this marked him as rogue. But after witnessing both the LMB's indiscriminate killing of civilians, brutal nature and watching them execute a squad of SHD Agents; Kieran turned on his LMB allies and massacred his squad. He would later turn himself in and explain his case of why he did what he did, after several months of interrogation and collaborative effort to bring down the LMB; Kieran was reinstated into the SHD as an active agent; removing his rogue status. After the BTSU sabotaged the SHD network in DC, Kieran would respond to the SOS signal and make his way to Washington.

I'm just confused. Usually, a videogame keeps the players informed on what's really going on. The comms from Hidden Alliance insinuate the truce between BT and True Sons has broken off. But it is only now revealed at D23 that they are still working together. I just wish we, as players, we're given some sort of info to tell us that beforehand. I had no clue. So I thought Anderson and Lewis planned on killing the BT at Jefferson to prevent the guy from becoming a Hunter.
