A wave that is used to wipe the remaining division agents off the map. However there isn't enough proof for any of these theories. It is clear that some follow orders as shown in Bardon Schaffers manhunt with the hunter who toys with the agent in coney Island when hunting Schaffer.

you can't answer a call for backup while in a group, afaik. You can separately both answer the same call if you're in solo instances though.

A rifle would be preferable, I wouldn’t use the foam. Basically just kill all other enemies and use a turret to distract him

He will go aggro against the turret sometimes

But if he comes after you let him prepare to swing at you, then roll away you’ll have 1-2 seconds to shoot him before he recovers

I’d start with his shoulder pads, then his helmet because he sways a lot and you can accidentally kill him

Then go for his backpack, elbow pads, kneepads

Then go for his chest

#

If you go for the chest sooner than the other pieces you’ll have a big open target for your bullet to hit if you miss

If you have the shock trap that would work better than the foam imo

The foam will prevent you from shooting the foamed area

Health = 9.5% dmg to enemies with no armor / armor plating - although on warhounds it will deal a ton of damage once you break the armor plate
Armor = 6% dmg to enemies with armor / armor plating

Damage out of cover = 10% damage to all enemies not suppressed which is more common

Depends on the time for your region and whether the targeted loot for that DZ has increased chances to drop DZ exclusive items. For example, when targeted loot is something like Murakami, then players will come to farm Emperor's Guard and PvP players will capitalize on that and try to PvP. From my experience, when targeted loot is Providence for a DZ, there will guaranteed be PvP since people have an obsession over the named Providence bag, "The Gift"

Even now with Backpacks targeted in DZ West, you'll likely find players if it's an active time

But "battles" in Div1 are a lot different in Div2 🙂

If you want to “try” forcing their spawn, you can do Lincoln mission, clear that 1st area > open that 1st gate > they can spawn here > if they don’t, restart mission and try again. Boring AF though.

The damage listed on the weapon shows the bullet damage (not dps), counting your builds + weapon damage stat. bullet damage is only 1 factor in terms of what matters.

I've considered world tiers basically a difficulty increase It's easier to play with little punishment for messing up on Tier one compared to tier 5

If you're referring to the NPCs that kinda just watch you then run away, those are known as "Stalkers" and are not actually Hunters, or at least not the ones that give Keys.

e.g. the real Hunters require puzzles to activate. One of the simplest ones is you have to shoot a series of targets in order on the side of a specific building.

Heroic will give you better drops but it’ll be difficult for your first 100 shd levels or so till you get the right gear / playstyle

I’d start by buying a gun from any of the vendors, whatever catches your eye

Farm Backpack loot, summit is a quicker way, however I believe summit requires Warlords story completion, otherwise farm high level control points, with backpack loot, until RNGeezus graces your presence

Ideal farming is Highest difficulty with the most directives you can still speed clear at (challenging min).

merciless is sadly garbo atm, fun weapon though. chameleon is strong but can be annoying. best in a CQB build.

Depends really. For fun I recommend all of them. If after just the good ones then its just (off the top of my head)
armor: dodge city, coyotes, Vile, memento, btsu and
Weapons: chameleon, capacitor, Pest, Rav, either sniper, either pistol + scorpio.
