no, the blueprint you need to get it as a random drop is the 'reconfigure' blueprint you buy from Inaya once you've actually built it

you could run White Oak with friends/randoms who already have nemesis and ask them to drop one if they get it, but the chances aren't hugely high

The BP from Puck should enable the Nemesis to drop from the loot pool. So target loot should drop it, RNG pending of course.

The reconfigure BP is available once you have crafted/acquired the Nemesis to be able to reroll the attribute stats.

you can still get the weapon without the BP but someone would have to give you the weapon, no other way. (ie they own the BP so they can farm it for you, same item sharing rules apply though).

Optimization, Recalibration, Library
well start from the right cos its easier that way

Recal Library is a place you store attributes and Talents for your items
When you see a weapon idk an SMG has idk

  • 9/15% damage
  • 5/21% Crit chance
  • 10/10% Damage to target out of cover (DTTOOC)
  • Optimist Talent
    You think "damn this is dogshit ill destroy it, but the 10/10% DTTOOC is amazing, i dont have it in my library and i want to have it ||idk maybe youd want to save a 9/10% too, you decide||"
    so you go to the library -> go to SMG -> go to Secondary Attributes -> Find DTTOOC -> Click on the weapon and hold X to extract. ||you will destroy the weapon in the process but keep that 10/10 attribute|| Note that once you have it you will never lose it from the library no matter what so dont worry. Works the same with primary Attributes, Secondary Attributes, Talents and all that on Gear.

Recalibration is a place where you put the Attributes and Talents you saved in the Library on to other Weapons/gear. You can only recalibrate 1 thing on an item. but you can keep changing that 1 thing as many times as u want.
When you find idk an SMG and it has idk

  • 13/15% Damage
  • 20/21% Crit chance
  • 9/12% Reload speed
  • Fast Hands talent
    You think "damn this is a fantastic weapon but that second attribute is Reload speed and its horrible i need to fix it
    So you go to Recalibration -> SMG -> Find the weapon you want to upgrade -> Choose what out of the 4 stats i listed ↑ above you want to change ||9/12% Reload||, click it, then choose what you want to change it with ||10/10 DTTOOC you Extracted from a different weapon earlier|| and hold X (it will cost some materials).
    you can now change this 10/10 attribute as many times as you want to what ever else you want but you cant change anything else.

And finally Optimization. You look at this SMG you just upgraded and you think "hmm 13/15% 20/21% 10/10% i wish these would all be maxed." so you go to Optimization -> Find the SMG -> Click on the 13/15% stat -> Hold X to Optimise.
The stat will now be 14,5/15% ||you can only opzimise 10% at a time, so 10% of 15 = 1,5||
you do the same to the 20/21% Crit Chance and it will now be 21/21%.
Optimizing is stupidly expensive because it costs SHD Calibration Resource which is easy to farm but annoying and you need stupid amounts of it
||you dont however overpay, since 10% of 21 = 2,1 but you only needed 1% to max, you dont pay ALL the SHD Calibration it would cost to add an extra 2,1% to a stat||

Question: the survivalist specialization has the survivalist tactical link (talent) which states “group members get 10% bonus damage to targets with status effect.”… I’ve tried this with a friend on NPC’s in open world but he didn’t see any damage increase after I applied a status effect. Is there specific status affects that trigger this damage buff? I can’t seem to find a definite answer/explanation on this talent.

it is entirely possible to just all pile over the wall and hang around immediately on the other side, using various bits of cover and shooting everything from there. However, the most common method I've seen for the final area takes a few steps: (note this is a bit 'slow and safe' by comparison)

  1. After clearing the previous area, switch to skill builds with striker drones, assault/sniper turrets, and/or artificer hive. DO NOT jump into the final arena but instead throw up your skills onto the ledge and use them to bring down the npcs inside. This will take a while (especially as the minitanks keep running back to the boat for heals) but is doable.
  2. Once everything is clear, switch your builds again: you want at least one skill damage with a turret, one healer with a hive & decoy, others with DPS or skill damage & turrets. Artificer hive to boost turrets, or sticky emp are also useful here.
  3. Once you're ready, all pile in, run flat out towards the boat (ramp on right side is easier to access) - when you're about halfway there and more npcs are turning up, drop the decoy to distract them and keep running until you're safely in the boat. Put the heal hive in the cabin, the turret right outside the cabin door (a heavy will drop in later, so it'll help with them). The decoy can be switched for a more useful skill at this point.
  4. Once set up inside the cabin, everyone can focus the marauders down: emp sticky will disable them for several seconds if not detonated, so can make it easier. Additional turrets can go up on the roof of the boat and should hopefully be able to shoot npcs as well as the marauders. Keep an ear out for the helicopter dropping off the heavy and focus it down quickly. Should be pretty easy by that point.

oh, and don't try and use striker drones from the boat. They can't attack the marauders, and they are totally unable to pathfind their way off the boat

Ah yeah, that's a known bug that happens when you get past that section then restart the mission without going back to DC, it caught me a few times when I was trying to hit a speedrun target on that mission

tbf in most circumstances people aren't finishing the mission then immediately restarting it - it's only odd circumstances like yours (or my repeated attempts at a speedrun) that make it an issue

yeah they won't actually attack you (sadly) and while it is possible to kill them it is very very difficult (and doesn't really get you anything)

generally speaking, the mid-buff of Coyotes is the most used one, which is why it's usually suggested with an AR.
so getting your CHC to 50% is ideal in that case.

afaik, it pulses enemies within a fixed range around it, so if it's following you it'll pulse enemies near you, but you can send it to an area to have it pulse enemies in that area

It's listed at the bottom of each of the 'pulse' skills, but not decoy (which pulses enemies who shoot at it), does it apply there? How about the technician's linked laser pointer?

people have done bits of the raid solo (eg the opening tarmac area of DH, and someone's managed to kill the first boss of IH solo) but you can't do the whole thing with fewer than 4 people
