er well... depends how good the build is. and TBH challenging isnt a good metric since challenging is much easier then heroic. Judge builds by how well they do solo on heroic/ leg.

also i wouldnt use memento vs the hunters, since you wont have stacks/drops while fighting the hunters.

Max gear score available from drops will increase as you go up the world tiers (which will become available once you've done the Capitol Building mission)

If you haven't done Capitol yet, you need to do the other strongholds (Arena, Roosevelt) first to unlock it. When you've done Capitol the world tiers start and you get new versions of the strongholds and other missions to beat

You also have to increase your gear score each world tier, but you can only go so far each time because the game doesn't drop the best stuff until the highest tiers

World tier is the difficulty level, you can only play invaded versions of the missions that are invaded in your current world tier

Once you hit wt5 it becomes random which missions and stronghold are invaded each week, and you can increase difficulty further

True endgame doesn't start until wt5 (or lvl 40 if you have the dlc)

Without the dlc you're stuck at level 30, yes

If you do plan on playing much more, it's definitely worth getting warlords, it adds a lot besides the extra levels, and it's on sale at the moment (for pc at least, so maybe for ps)

Hi agents I got a question, i just bought a laptop with ryzen 5600h and gtx 3060 6gb, 16 gb ram and a ssd 512mb, i played the division 2 on medium at an average of 100 frames and it was all good, but since today ive seen the average fps is 68 now and in pretty much all games ive seen a decreasing in fps, not much but im wondering why, all i did it was to install nitrosense and turn the vents to full power :), thanks in advance

Vile is good if you get it right. It is status effect piece so you can get it even higher. There is not much room for pestilence and vile i think. They are more of group play pieces for. Acosta can be good wen you need overcharge

@narrow matrix gun talents don't transfer between guns (unlesss explicitly stated) so if you've earned eg the capacitor 40 stacks/ 60% damage bonus, if you then switch to a different gun that bonus will instantly vanish. This includes if you have the same talent on multiple different guns (eg get two kills on one gun with Future Perfect to gain two skill tiers, switch to a different gun also with Future Perfect, those skill tiers will vanish)

Total weapon damage takes the previous value from your gear and multiplies it by x. Talents like Obliterate work like that. If 2 talents are worded as Total Weapon Damage then it works how you described, you add both together and thats how much extra damage youl get

Amplified weapon damage is like total weapon damage BUT it never adds together, it always multiplies

So some scenarios: Imagine you have 6 pieces with 15% weapon damage, so 90% weapon damage, and you have a gun that does 100 damage per shot base:

without any talents your damage is 100x90%=190 damage

With close and personal your damage is 100x(90%+35%) = 225 damage

With close and personal and something like Vigilance (25% total weapon damage) your damage is 100 x (90%+35%) x 25% = 281 damage

With only Vigilance, its 100x90%x25% = 237 damage

With vigilance and for example obliterate at max stacks (30% total weapon damage), 100x90%x(25%+30%) = 294 damage

With intimidate and vigilance it would be 100x90%x25%x35%

Both, but for gear sets, they are extremely easy to get high rolls of both stats. For Gear sets, get 1 with high rolls (and correct stats), recal 1 to god roll, and optimize the other one if 1 or 2 rolls away.

The Grudge can be good, imo. It is the named CMMG which is a good SMG
