shoot them enough, they die, you just have to crack their armor first (like the heavies)

can hurt them directly by shooting their legs, but you'll do a lot less damage than usual so it's not necessarily faster

explosive and EMP skills or grenades work reasonably well too

also, black tusk are only ever in one of the three dark zones, (it changes every day) so you could just go to a different one

I like to use EMP launcher; if the doggo is close, blind aim from cover and double tap your button to quickly disable the doggo. If you have a safe distance from it, press and hold the button to aim your launcher and disable it from afar. I'll use Jammer Pulse as a backup panic option sometimes too.

For ARs, there's a few good non-exotic options. Famas seems to be the most recommended, personally I prefer police m4

The nem blueprint is gotten by getting the Adrestia sniper which you deconstruct

Which is located at Tidal Basin

You then gotta do all of the invaded strongholds which grant the rest of the pieces

And the Regulus is gotten by completing the first 2 projects for IH raid then you will be able to obtain the pieces

To be fair, deconstructing the Adrestria gives the first piece, not the blueprint. The blue print is given by Puck on GWH on invaded.

Did you already start playing in WT1? According to the forums that will give you new side missions from a new NPC in the White House and doing her first mission put you at 100% (that's coming from the forums, can't confirm if it's true or not).

So the way it reads. Sokolov backpack at the White House is the first piece. White House vendor sells that backpack. Scroll down and you’ll see the items that Cassie has. Starting with a Forge holster. The shirt icon is where you can possibly find the snitch. The hat and glasses is a place where Cassie may set up shop for the day.

Generally being a red set finding CHD, CHC on them shouldn't be too hard. Intimidate is one of many talents you will find on them. I'd guess 30-50 vests farmed to find CHD, CHC, and intimidate.

1 - gaining SHD levels while global event is active and turned on should be how you gain more

2 - no, it will only drop in the dark zone

3 - Gift will always drop with a red core, and has a higher chance of dropping with red minor attributes than others. Luck unfortunately struck hard for your first one.

If you want to do the invaded version, you need to either complete the other invaded missions to unlock it, or join someone who's done them already and get them to 'force start' the mission for you (although if you do it that way, you won't unlock tidal basin)

There's a project to build it, Google will find you the details. It takes several weeks to complete though, so in the meantime I'd suggest using White Death or Mantis and put headhunter on the chest, you'll still be able to one-shot most stuff if you can reliably land headshots

But yes firewall is really great for cqb builds but bad for ranged or skill builds. Fire builds are also meh with firewall cause tech, survival are both better for them.

you can deconstruct them for exotic crafting material. You can use that material to reroll the stats on exotics hopefully for better stat rolls (RNG). If you don't need the material, you can attempt to store them somewhere to deconstruct for material rerolling on future new exotics.
