you only have a few seconds once fighting starts, they will first hunker down for 2-3 seconds and then hoof it to a exit, what you can do is disable them with a jammer pulse or tech grenade, or just have the dps to kill em quick

from the current manhunt you can do the unlocked rogues at any time, you don't miss out on anything by doing them now instead of when they first released
only thing to note when they become available is you get double xp up to 15 levels that week, but that's xp from any source, so it really doesn't matter if you do the manhunt objectives or not
can't help you on the optimisation materials question, sorry - seem to work fine for me, but was in endgame long before the optimisation table was added
I think maybe scrapping yellow gear gives better materials than purple/green/blue, so maybe that's true of the opt materials too

well, optimisation materials are supposed to be hard to come by, I think the system is intended to act as a support for players who have bad luck with RNG - if you farm for ages and only get useless stuff, at least you can use it to optimise
bearing in mind that searching for better gear is one of the key things that keeps people playing the game, so they want it to be a slow process

no regen just means you have to use an armor kit or fast travel to a safehouse after every cp
and if you're using a dps build I doubt you'll need skills so.. also cool skills
and maybe special ammo.. since that one's usually not too bad...
honestly pistolero is the only one that should slow you down. but do what's best for you

adrenaline rush is allot more bonus armour, but just for you, and more reliable as even if they dont shoot you you have dmg bonus
and there are allot of things that dont straight up shoot, like huggers and grenaders, droners etc.

any dmg to your shield yes, but they arent continously firing at you, and adrenaline proccs and lets you kill them at within 10m, protectors only after they dmg you
but protector is the whole team, so its a personal choice which one you want

you can use loadouts to accomplish that by the by
but one of the main advantages of making alts is that once they get to 40, they share shd level; in other words, you get a bunch of scavenging points that you can then use to get materials for all of your characters (assuming you buy shared materials from inaya)
it's easily the best way to farm for shd calibration and field recon data used in optimization

Actually the Kard (Pistol that gives you +1 Skill Tier) only gives you that bonus Tier when you're holding it in your hand.

I use it. It does jump around at its maximum fire rate a bit but you can definitely see great mileage with some weapon handling stats.
At 16-24% weapon handling, its a laser.

you can see more DPS with the MDR but control and landing the shots is harder to do.

you can see where they are on the SHD map (and also see if it's story mode or endgame mode from the icon). If you're in an 'off-site' location (eg Pentagon, Coney Island etc) then you'll only get backup requests from the same location, but it's not necessarily the same mission if there's two at that location

There isn't any Classified sets in Division 2. There are Gearsets however.

There are no classified builds (that’s Div 1 only). You mean gear sets and Some are not worth it but others are very much worth + compete with full high end dps. take a look at the pinned build lists in #build_advice, lots of builds there.

Not 100% sure if they count for what you need them for, but CPs at Lvl 4 also spawn Named enemies each wave as the boss.

After you've hit end game, there's a myriad of named dudes that always spawns just south of the White House before you get to the flea market. Spawns every half hour.

Yes, as long as you're not in combat. You'll lose all specialization ammo though.

Welp... I can only hope they have normal names but I do know that there is this weird glitch where a mission can give the completion screen sooner than later.

I've heard that. I always just assumed someone started the mission, called for help on the final boss or something, and whoever joined them did technically finish the mission in a minute, they just didn't start at the beginning.

I do think it's weird, if you ever look at the leaderboards for like normal stuff, the people that have the most kills or similar are all level 30s. Like they set the record before WONY came out and nobody has beaten them yet.

It's just funny, someone played their ass off for like a year, and then when the expansion came out they're like, "Nah, this game isn't for me."
I play another game with w/d/l leaderboard and for years someone had a 30-0-0 record and was at the top of the leaderboard and everyone was whining because their 250-50-25 record "should be better than 30-0-0" just by pure volume. So, they finally decided they'd reset the leaderboard every 6 weeks and added in some complicated as hell formula where playing more weighted your games heavier so you now see nonsense like 12-4-8 teams ahead of 6-0-0 teams just because the former played more games.
