Mantis yes, but since nemesis is a “crafted exotic” you need to own the blueprint for it 1st, before its in the target loot pool.

You have lot of background applications. You should close all of those which aren’t required while gaming.. I see Java Runtime Environment, Zoom ( or whatever that blue icon is )

If you have never ran camp white oak you will need to run it once to complete the story mode version first, then you will be able to toggle mission mode, this is true with all missions that have alternate versions such as manhunts or invaded

if you join someone on world tier 5 as a WT1 player, they can drop WT5 gear for you and you "can" equip it. It's all level 30 gear. So, if you have the gear, your WT1 character can have a 500 gear score.

She is the clan manager and once you talk to her, find her in the White House. After you fast travel to the White House, go inside, take a right in the corridor and go all the way down. Talk to her one more time and you will have the Clan feature unlocked

If you really wanna go hard at it focus on just getting a good dps build first to start off it doesn’t have to be god rolled off the bag just either use providence sokolov walker and Harrison or grupo sombra any of those brands will give your dps build the extra stats it might need
Then once you have a good dps build them I would make a tank build skill build etc this is just what I did and I’m only SHD level 61 so I got a lot of levelling to do still

Highly recommend running with people who already have it, increases your chances. My first DH I got an EB dropped by my raid teammate who already had it. It makes it much faster. I also saw another first timer get his because a raid teammate who already had it dropped it for him.

For regulus you can only get the chest + backpack for each thing in the raid, everything else do it in summit target loot farming

So, I've got like 90 duplicates of exotics sitting in my cache and maxed my exotic components so breaking them down doesn't seem like a good idea. Is it worth just reconfiguring them over and over again hoping for a god roll or just keep optimizing the ones that are near god rolled?

I'm assuming on most of them the first two perks are constant like weapon damage and critical hit chance (for chatterbox as an example) but it seems the third one is the only one that is random? I guess it depends on the gear.

Oh, really? I must have looked at named ones then. Since I have a ton of those duplicates and some have swap speed and some have damage to target out of cover or other such stuff.
Thanks for the advice. Guess I'll go start rolling and hoping for better exotics and saving some of the optimization resources.

It works best when you're trying to blow off armor pieces using headhunter if you dont have access to your Tac-50

the constant enemy respawns in the open world where u end up surrounded by 7, 8 grps all shooting at once. always happens when doing a bounty, so annoying. Its like the game bugs out and suddenly spits out npc grps every 5 secs

goto crafting bench > select the crafting blue print you are after > read side menu > it tells you were to get it .

all factions are always attacking and trying to take back control points. if the control point is low on resources, they will succeed in taking it over.

I prefer mine all red since they are a great source for farming. you have the option to reset all control points from the global difficulty settings.

Invaded areas as well as areas where a manhunt are being held will have more aggression towards CP's than normal.
Usually when both an invasion AND a manhunt are in progress, the area becomes hyper-active.

Depends on the context of using it tbh, I tried it in a DH raid, couldn't get it to work well tbh. But maybe I was playing it wrong or not super accurate with my shots
