It is, I think youre at a point where you shouldnt since two sources are almost capped for a rifle that can be used pretty often.

firewall is for cqc builds, shield op
technician is for hybrid or tech builds, 1+ skill tier op
gunner is for weapons builds, handling, reload speed and AoK op
demolitionist is for tanks/explosive builds/some supports, dtooc, mortar, explosive damage and ignore explosion op
survivalist is healer/support/status, fire nade, status buff op
sharpshooter is for snipers/rifles and other guns too if you like, stability, headshot damage, flashbang op

Go to your Recalibration Station -> Recalibration -> Go to your Vests, go ahead and equip it before you go searching for it -> If you’ve already rolled it on some attributes then you cannot roll again -> Select the talent underneath the Attributes -> and then a drop down list on the bottom right should come up with the available talents you can roll on it, depending on how much has been put into your library it may vary

I believe the Division 2 is doing a rerun of all the seasons until the next TU (Title Update) is released therefore this gives you the chance and opportunity to complete the previous manhunts and seasons that have been in the past now, the starting target as you are probably aware is Neptune and the next one will be another 2 weeks away giving players enough time to complete the target.

level up the season track to unlock those and to do the prime target mission, you gotta toggle it, Jupiter at Roosevelt Island, Hornet at Tidal Basin, Bardon Schaeffer at Coney Island amusement park, Faye at Camp White Oak and you gotta run the mission to get the skill

I read somewhere that once the summit is on heroic difficulty, ALL the exotics (except for exclusives and whatnot) are added to the loot pool, where challenging and hard, there's a lower chance for them to drop, but only with the targeted loot you've selected. Nope. Correct is this:

All non raid exotics are already in the world target loot (regardless of difficulty). Crafted ones or current season track exotics need to be unlocked 1st (get it on track or get crafted blueprint). Big horn still is legendary only though.

So for Scorpio, just put it on shotgun target loot and farm away. Higher difficulty and more directives increase the chance but only if you can efficiently farm at that level.

as per my message about an hour ago- In the season it dropped, season 4, the way you got the first scorpio was through the rewards track of the free pass, then allowing you to get it from open world after you unlocked it from the pass. After the season runs its course, as per all of the other seasons, it gets added to the general loot pool, meaning you are just hella unlucky

as for farming it, you can either do pvp (farm dz when it's providence target loot, do conflict and hope in caches, etc) or you can go hard on global events, and use the GE stars to buy named caches, which have a chance to drops em as well.

Eclipse Protocol maybe, it's status effect focused and the chest spreads status effects on kill, and there is a backpack talent I can't remember with a spider as an icon that does similar things. (But the EP backpack gives +30% damage to status affected targets so if you go EP you likely want the backpack, but never used it myself though)

well, Div2 launched well, then it got a bit bad once it settled out then content came out including the raid and all and it got pretty solid, but the gearing was a major issue, build diversity was dead

and the game was a pushover, a couple builds completely wrecked the endgame

the whole gear system/build system was a bit busted

so then warlords remade it and they wanted dificulty to be a big staple of the game

#

loads of people werent expecting this, so they got mad when they couldnt face roll the hardest dificulty

#

so it started backlash
it was somewhat justified as a lot of stuff was overtuned

#

after that progress was being made and then it happened

#

a huge exploit was discovered

#

and loads of people exploited, expecting massive to just take it

#

so massive hit their dick on the table and banned a bunch of people for exploiting, well deserved

#

so people started hating and crying out that leopards ate their face

#

the game has been getting consistently better every season from there but a lot of bad PR came from entitled youtubers who got banned or are mad some other exploiters didnt get banned when they did

All the skills are good/ great tbh. Some are only good in their niche (Ie bomber fly) but is really strong in that niche. So like Eph said, it depends on the build and playstyle you want.
