On top of thumb's answer, the other important part of critical hits is the "Critical Hit Damage" (CHD).

you can have the perfect 60 all you like, but if you've got 90% CHD your build is still gonna suck.

I have a question, I guess I'm asking for advice. I have been playing the game since launch and there has been a single cheater (and I really mean this, just one) that I have come across over the last near two years. I have recorded video evidence of him speedhacking, RPM hacking, teleporting etc. and sent in over ten separate reports across many months, and he is still cheating. I just don't know what to do at this point. I just tried to farm Foundry Bulwark in DZ West and he literally ran me out of the Dark Zone again for the umpteenth time. Just teleporting to me, autofire (and I mean 3000RPM autofire) shotgun ganking me and then teleporting away. It's completely ruining my experience and I just log off out of frustration these days and play another game.

Is there someone I can @ like a Community Dev to look into it?

And the worst part is I'm not the only one. If you Youtube his name there are immediate hits of other people recording him hacking. Does he have some dirt on the company or something? Why is he immune to the consequences of cheating?

Tbh, I really don’t think that would do all that well if you’re relying on blinding enemies to kill them, considering you’re using eyeless on your gun, and a huge amount of dmg is lost against non blinded enemies, with hard wired, you won’t do much damage anyway (unless you roll multiple reds on hw)

Covid hit studios hard this year. Working from home severely limits what a studio is able to do, not being able to have in-person meetings with a free exchange of dialogue cripples a lot of game devving. Warframe is a good example here.

Go to those missions, select "Toggle Mission Mode" and then play through the mission, and you'll eliminate the prime targets from Season 1, 2, and 3.

Roosevelt is Jupiter's mission, Tidal Basin is Hornet's, and Coney Island Amusement park is Schaeffer's.

u can only obtain the comms for killing the main target, Lieutenant comms can't be obtained once the season is over. note that u will need to kill the main target 4 times to obtain all comms

The fastest way i've used to farm levels is to put the difficulty to heroic and throw a couple directives on and do open world activities.
