Yes, but there's secret weakpoints too on enemies, some have to be uncovered.
e.g. if you shoot the BT heavy in the belt area, their chest-plate falls off and you do direct health damage.
also the....other weak point but let's not mention that in polite company.

Basically yeah, most enemies have something on their hip (grenade pouch) or a tank on their back, the weakpoint is usually metallic if you can't see the red.

I know for a time they were kind of flip-flopping back and forth between making the game fun, and making each enemy 10-minute-long bullet sponge that hits like a freight train with perfect accuracy from 2 miles away hipfiring an SMG and walking at you with impunity.

Depends on the player's skill level and build, for me atleast. A player with a bad build will have that bullet-sponge kinda time, but as their skill gets better and they know where to shoot and how to not get cornered, that feeling will lessen, but its also dependant on your build. Some people are speedrunning legendary missions, some are just starting out.

You can still get the Skill by doing the final Manhunt Mission of each Season once you reach it in the Season Pass.

So my friends and I want to get ready for Operation Dark hours and we are wondering if an armor or skill build is viable? Most of the content we see if from damage builds and are curious if this raid is more of a Damage check than anything else?

really most fights are not "damage checks" as theres no hard requirpement where its a race. Mechanics still play a huge part in the fights as well as having people not die. having a skill build wont make it impossible. a full tank build isnt really needed as there really isn't anything major to "tank" healer builds work good, esp FI builds since that 15/25% is to every single person meaning that the healing is providing 1 or 2 extra dps people

Viable yes, but not optimal. A support tank (bonus armor spam) or healer (better) can be helpful on the 2nd boss though. And a Skill build for drone control on last boss is optimal though. The rest is just full DPS.

This isn't a LFG request, is it common to have no hits when actively matchmaking while at a low level? During Apparel Events you can only earn keys for free during the first 2 weeks, the 3rd week it's active is to spend the keys you already have or buy them with Premium Credits.

The main reason people farm the Hunters on Leg (at least from what I've seen) is due to the high exotic drop rates, and that they count as Named Enemies, so you have a chance of getting Bighorn.

You'll need to get all 5 peices, then complete a couple things to get the blueprint.
Each peice comes from a different set of floors in the summit. The first peice comes from floors 1-20, then another peice from 21-40, ect ect. Every 20 floors means a new part, then finish the summit when you have all peices, and you'll get a project.
Finish that project to get the blueprint for Ridgeway's Pride.

When i need caches i just turn on a couple directives, turn it to heroic, and then do open world activities. I've also heard some do lincoln the same way

one of the 4 ppl is gonna need two accounts for this; get F100 cp, invite teammates, leave and go in on other acc. Beat F100, go back to the acc with the cp, invite teammates, clear F100, and continue repeating

You are only able to recalibrate an already modified slot once you've change it
, so if you changed the Weapon Damage to a Skill Tier, then that's what you can change on that specific item.

Have you finished Coney Island Amusement Park on Story difficulty yet?

Yep, gonna finish it on story first, then you can re-run it on Manhunt mode by using "Toggle Mission Mode" when you select the difficulty.
Same for Tidal Basin and Roosevelt Island respectively.

I could word that better, does Skill repair quite literally mean it only increases healing done to skills. And repair skills only affect player armor?

Once you enter a safe house/settlement, it's auto restocked.
it actually says down the bottom of your screen.

i see some variations of the standard red dps, some use 2 walker, some use contractor's, some use a weapon brand
but the dps build you want is 3 providence, 1 grupo, fox's prayer, and coyote's mask or 1 ceska

Just look at the pinned at #td2-build-advice there are bulids and you farm by doing lincoln if it has targeted loot that u want or general area targeted loot from CP

If you're asking about the ones needed for the Ridgeways Chest Exotic, then they appear on every floor ending with 3, 6, or 9 and require a key obtained after the previous chest's floor.

Hi guys, what is the most efficient way to gain SHD watch level? Solo and Group, doesn't matter if its a glitch or an exploit just want to know what's the fastest method to do it. I've just been playing the game for about 2 weeks but I've already saw someone with 79k+ SHD watch, seems impossible to do legitimately.

every resource convoy is roughly 1 shd level, about 600k
elite resource convoys arent worth going for if grinding using that method because they give roughly the same amount and last way longer

@karmic harbor I've tried the resource convoys on Heroics with 4 directives but, I'm only getting around 385k (elite convoys) and 293k (standard convoys). Am I doing something wrong? People keep telling me the same thing that it should give about 3/4 of my exp bar but it's not the same for me. I'm playing on PC.
