The map of the targeted loot is that day's "targeted loot allocation"
It changes daily, and also includes the off-site missions, and the WONY areas and missions. Check back everyday to see what stuff is where.

While leveling ignore builds and just focus on the best gear you have, lean towards weapon damage though.
At end game there is lots to do, you just have to make small goals. Focus on getting a decent build so you can solo at least challenging difficulty. And lots of build and info over in the pinned spreadsheet in #td2-build-advice check it out.

summit is a tower with 100 floors
as you climb higher, it gets 'harder', meaning more boss enemies
you can play at whatever difficulty and set your own targeted loot
you can select between all 10 directives to increase the chances of targeted loot dropping
note that directives increase the chance that the loot dropped will be targeted loot, and not increase the frequency of loot drops
there are also challenges you can set for yourself
completing these challenges give you targeted loot and optimization caches
you get a checkpoint at every floor ending in a 3, 6, 9, and 0
every 3 floors, there is a cache at the end you can open with a key you find within the summit

Hi community, I have a issue that occurred to me around 12hrs ago. I have started recently playing Division 2 and was fine, no issue no bug, until yesterday when i join another group and transfer to their session i started lagging very badly. Sometimes I even hang there for like a min before i can move. I tried restarting the game then restarted my comp but still lags like mad. I then went to check my CPU and Memory usage, CPU is fine but the memory was rake up to 98% usage. I try reinstalling the game and still the same. Does any have this issue and solution for it?

If it's a build that uses crit, one way or another you want to be getting as close to 60% as you can.
sometimes that's using specific exotics to get that last bit buffed up, like Coyotes at 50% instead of 60%.
e.g. if you're using MMR's (snipers) then you want all HSD instead of CHC and CHD.

even if u do stack as much armor as u can from all the buffs, u wouldn't be able to effectively kill anything, so in the end u'd get steamrolled anyhow by all the npcs shooting at you. And don't forget your shield/defender drone will eventually break/go on CD.

you can re-calibrate one thing on a weapon, and keep changing that one stat. (except on exotics) but you can optimize using the optimization on anything... but it takes an insane amount of really specific resources to do so

Nemesis is from a quest, you've gotta get the scope from Tidal Basin, then get the parts from Invaded DUA, Capitol, and Roosevelt, then get the blueprint from Puck in GWH.

i mean its not amazing, but a little bit of extra range can make the difference between living and not with a shotgun.
if you didnt know, "optimal range" is the distance that a weapon does full damage at. After that it's quite lowered.

48 unlocks Coney Island Amuse (S3), 53 unlocks TB (S2), 58 unlocks RI (S1)

at level cap, every week you have access to 4 exotic caches (shd req, weekly legendary, 30 floors o fsummit and 30 summit challenges)
though the 30 challenges one i dont believe is weekly and you can be done on every 100 floor clear of the summit

If you mean that area where in the normal one you had to go through the tents, you go a different way in Invaded, try looking around more.

While difficulty itself doesn't increase as you go up now, it does get "harder" of sorts, and you start getting more Lieutenant floors than you do on lower levels.
They tend to appear on the same floors as Summit Chests do.

erm difficulty doesn't usually have to do with how many spec points you get, unless it's a bounty, bounties that give more spec points are higher difficulity. You also get, i believe 3 every SHD level.

Yes it is worth doing them at Lvl 3 or 4 (4 guarantees 2 named enemies, one when you take it over, the other when you defend it)
You increase the level by either changing the Global Difficulty (via map and how you change directives) or doing Activities connected to it.
You know what level it is by hovering over it on the map or going there and firing the flare, top left of the screen says what Lvl.

Just RNG, it drops from any Targeted Loot: SMG.

You may be confusing how it works. Targeted Loot is an extra drop on top of your regular stuff, to increase the chance of this extra drop you crank up the directives.
