probably DLSS, that seems to be the major advantage, but don't worry nvidia usually activates whatever is best by default, you wouldn't need to handle anything just crank everything to ultra, even with 4K you'll still be able to run everything smoothly on ultra,

At work but got tips:

Do it on normal/hard, Bulwark shield and CC are your friend and take it slow. If you failed it, just suicide asap and you can repeat that fight again. (i used demo turret =)
Use the room right before the court yard and kill all adds 1st, then focus boss with all the time in the world. Do the helmet last and Pulse helps highlight the armor plates.

each of the base 3 (food/water/components) have spaces on the map that they are found in and can be found dotted here and there around the map as well in single spots. But best is to go to the areas on the map for the type you need

as for the blue/green materials, those are found in lootables around the world, via deconstructing gear and as drops from enemies

--1 Loot: well its RNG but your best chances are farming on challenging/heroic with as many directives as you can efficiently do. Higher is better though (assuming you can efficiently do it).

--2 Hunters Fury set: is actually strong boost of damage because of how the math works out. FYI Those 20% boosts are amps.

--3 Pushing Stats: is a combo of farming loot and and min/maxing your build for biggest brands/items/rolls per item.

No. If you “keep getting carried” that means you need better gear rolls and/or better build 1st,. So start farming on challenging/ heroic easier stuff 1st for gear then move onto the harder heroics/ Legs.

It sounds like you are trying to “force” your build to do something its not meant to because of either low rolled or bad build. Challenging is there for a reason FYI, to help you build upto heroic+.

#

It could ALSO be a playstyle thing, like “trying to run and gun with glass cannon.” Is a bad idea, you have to play smart on higher difficulty and or with glass cannon.

Ok I completed the summit. I did however matchmake and skipped probably 20 floors. I got the charm and stuff but not the ridgeway blueprint. Do I need to go back and redo the entire 100 floors again? because I don't see the project complete nor do I own the blueprint

You need to have all the parts for ridgeways before the project will become availible to you upon firing the extraction flare at the 100th floor. There are 5 parts, each obtained in a 20 floor set in the Summit chests.

Well, I understand it's something concerning the stats, but what exactly does it affect? From what I keep getting from drops, all weapons of the same model have the same mag size, fire rate and some slight damage deviation.

I'm finishing up the Regulus quest currently and I'm at the final step where you need to beat the 4 IH bosses and open the final chest to get the five pieces, then simply craft it. I ran two IH this week. The first one glitched out prior to Marozova and I did not get the piece from her and I was unable to open the final chest, it was already open with no interact prompt (Marozova gave me 0 loot at all). I did get a IH key fragment though. I re-ran the entire raid and this time got the piece from the final chest, but still no piece from Marozova. These runs were done the same day so no daily or weekly reset happened between them. Has anyone had this happen before or heard of it? I will probably wait until weekly reset to try IH again to finish the quest. I just hope it isnt locked behind an in-game bug forever.

I got a question.

Well. I played with my friend who said he's interested in division 2. So I sent him my friend refferal beacuse i want to get the outfit so bad. After that we played 3-4 main missions. And he left because he need to get ready for work.

I wait for almost a month, i didnt got the rewards. And I went to ubi site to file a a support ticket regarding the refferal reward outfit.

They said they fixed it. But still no rewards.

Later on i ask him if he purchase the game. He said, no. He just wanna try the game if its fun or not so he use the trial.

The question is. If he purchased the game can I get the reward immediately without retaking/replaying 3 main missions?

I also have work and our schedule is conflict and my other friends playing different game.

@frozen rock fastest way for me. Is this.

I have 2 options.

Go to the NW of the map. Control point "Sleeping Giant" create a group (better to have group for instant leveling) clear the control point then reset it in map settings. Rinse and repeat. Make sure its heroic. 1 clear 1 level.
Set global settings to heroic. Make a group (full group is better) once the map is set to heroic, clear all the convoys you see on the map. (Elite patrols, resource convoys...) when you're done, reset it again to heroic. Rinse ans repeat.

WONY removes the Gear Score and makes all your gear under Lvl 40 effectively redundant.

Check in #td2-build-advice 's pinned spreadsheet. There are a ton of builds in there. Full Meta Jacket carried a couple people through the raid, it tells you basically exactly what you need to know. You can also ask for advice on your build in that channel

brandsets are always from the specific brand, like 5.11 tactical or Walker & Harris, while gearsets are just gearsets with no brand bonuses, only bonuses for having 2, 3, and 4 pieces equipped

Gearsets cap out at 4pc. Brandsets cap out at 3pc. Gearsets give 2 relatively small buffs, and then a gameplay changing buff. Brandsets give 3 relatively small buffs, but have more attributes.

If you’re using a gear set, you most definetly don’t want the other slots to be gear sets as well. With one exception

#

High end brand sets also usually perform better and can achieve batter results

#

So it’s best to go for a high end build first

#

Exotics are also often not needed in most builds

#

They compliment them, but won’t make it break the build

Just an FYI, the gold ones (High-end brandsets) are not Gearsets. The "green" ones are the Gearsets.
There really isn't an overall "best" between the two types as all the individual pieces serve different functions.

E.g. You can make a tank focus with pieces of high-end only, and you can make a skill damage build using only Gearsets, and vice-versa.

@mortal oxide rule of thumb - always mark what u want to keep as favorite first. Once u've mark stuff as junk, always double check b4 deconstructing. If u sell, check again for 3rd time to make sure u didn't sell something accidentially

I started playing again after taking a long break. What is considered powerful now since at level 40 there isn't gear score. Is SHD level a factor in power really or is it just your build? If SHD level is a factor what's the point where it's considered good?

shd lvls allow u to upgrade the watch u took off of keener's body, giving u some stat boosts. as far as what to upgrade first in each category is up to u and how u play. At the end of day, it all gets upgraded so I wouldn't think too hard about it.
As for what's powerful, that's subjective. When gear 2.0 dropped, devs tried to place an emphasis on getting ppl to select a role - tank/dps/skill. Most have a build for each one, then sorting it out when joining a PUG. If ur not sure where to start, I always say start w/ dps since this is a shooter game.

It just feels weird coming back to because it just doesn't feel like progression. I can go out do targeted loot which is nice get a build going fairly fast, and then min max the stats but it isn't like any score is going up. I know the SHD watch levels up but the stats don't seem very game changing. There was a difference between a gear score 450 and 500 person. This does have pros and cons but coming back from that it just feels weird

The Coyote Mask is in the general mask loot pool now right? I have the DLC but never had any season pass (also haven't run NY yet, still sitting at WT 5/Level 30). Just wanted to make sure I'm not wasting time running JTC. Thanks!

Just FYI All exotics are now in general target loot (except raid ones + Big horn). So you can farm target loot. Crafted ones just need to get blueprint 1st. You can also check the pinned spreadsheet in #td2-build-advice for more exotic info + a guide.

@unborn valley if u have the watch, ur gear should just be lvl 40 throughout, not gearscore. But if u don't have the watch yet, all the loot w/ gearscore becomes obsolete so u shouldn't get too hung up on gs 450 vs 500. At the same time if u don't have the expansion, u wouldn't get the watch, thus to get higher gearscore loot, playing harder content would be the only suggestion

You can get the exotics from seasons 1 and 2, they were added to the general loot pool after their season is over.

You cant do the entire season 1 and 2 manhunt, but you can do the missions that give you the skill by getting far enough in the pass. For season 3's pass, Hornet's mission is unlocked by hitting level 48, and Jupiter's mission is unlocked by hitting level 53.

they are only guarenteed drops on first kill only (and chest/back only come from first kill). 2nd+ kills are subject to normal loot rules. Best is to ask the group for any pieces you still need

Do settlement blockades stop you from fast-traveling to the settlement in question? Because I've been able to do so without any problem, but it feels like the blockade comes back up in like half an hour after I take it down.
