If matchmaking takes too long, you get your own lobby.
Try #lfg-playstation to make your own group, or "call for backup" ingame, and let people know that you're running a Retal.

Go here on the map. There's a building you can go in and have to take a rope to go up the elevator to the second floor. There's a sidequest NPC in there which gives you the quest to go to the building

definition of good is subjective. Core strength set can be good if it fits your playstyle. For example I run it with Overdogs and Matador backpack, 4 skill tiers with Mechanical Animal as primary, Sherrif as secondary. The set is really just a new way to run hybrids. The real answer is Core Strength is mid-tier at best but can be fun depending on how you use it. For solo I run it with Memento and Chameleon as you need to get dmg buffs from somewhere

i just enjoy the survivability that bloodsucker offers so that perk is kinda a non negotiable part of the build unless something else is suggested that could compare to bloodsucker for survivability, was mostly just looking for ideas on a diff secondary

If you find them and still cannot interact with them, it means there is a kill squad spawn pending that is looking for a spawn location. Run around for a while until they spawn, defeat them and you will be able to interact with the lantern

if i would've known what the lanterns did before i ran around and did them all, i would've absolutely saved them X(

If its any help, some of the lanterns will periodically reset, giving more opportunities to interact with them again, which should make it at least a bit easier to hit the required count.

The more armor you use the more you accept the victim role.
You really just need DPS, practice good positioning so you can take out NPCs before they get to you

Exception are a few useful tank builds for certain situations tho

Measured you have to remember that muscle memory to reload early can diminish value as the increased damage is in the bottom portion.

The final rounds feel real solid to use however.

Turmoil needs high, at times extreme burst dmg to be worth it. Hence it being used primarily for Determined builds. For non-headshot builds you pretty much have to use Overdogs to compensate for the split dmg from Turmoil. So no, Turmoil is not needed when using Overdogs but they do tend to pair nicely for certain builds

I’ve been playing my hardcore character for over a year and got her to a pretty high level, but I lost her last night. She was my only character, I know that’s not the smartest approach, but I genuinely enjoy hardcore more than standard.

I do have a question, though. I’ve started leveling a new character and I’m at level 28 right now. I’ve been running with a few friends who are over level 40, and they’ve been triggering the Kitsunebi events, so I’ve been fighting those a lot. I’ve collected quite a few keys, but since I’m under level 40, I can’t actually see or access anything tied to the event.

Will those I've collected be available to me once I hit level 40, (since it shows my character collecting them) or am I out of luck? Also, since I can’t contribute to the group outfit yet, will I still have a chance to earn those rewards if they’re completed before I reach level 40?
