I am in need of help with this game like seriously. So about a day ago I finished the Warlords of New York expansion, I had previously played it and finished it but I lost that account. Anyways, I have finished it again but something is wrong with the game like it is either bugged or I am just doing something wrong. After I finished the expansion, Kelso gave that speech about Faye Lau turning rogue and told me to head back to Washington DC in order to get debriefed, so I headed back but no mission or even a side mission appeared for me in the White House. I did the manhunt missions thinking it will help but it isn't. I have all manhunts unlocked except the general Anderson ones. I completed the Jupiter mission and it shows that I have completed it in both the manhunt tab and on the map, I also completed the hornet manhunt and it shows the same, and so I decided to continue. I completed the Bardon Schaeffer manhunt three times and it still shows it as not attempted on the map, and also the Faye Lau mission which I completed three times as well and it still shows it as not completed on the map. I am seriously frustrated and I have just reached level 130 in a matter of weeks and I absolutely do not want to do everything again.

You'll need to take into account sustained vs burst damage since rof has a bigger impact on burst than sustained, while crit will increase both equally.

Yep it's 20%, I equipped it at T0 and looked at my stats to confirm. Skill info shows the additional % per tier. Eg. T1 is +5% dmg reduction so 25% total etc

And expertise is 1% of 20% so 1 level = 0.2%

get a hotshot build put on heroic with all directives but pistelero and just farm the control point near the safe house near the castle settlement thats what i did and i got a level per completion.
