That said, I don't run it on everything because I don't need the extra damage for normal gameplay. Some builds do use it since it's just BiS for them and there's not really any good alternatives.

I feel like Massive struggles a bit to add balance to the game with so many exotics/build variations? They seem to constantly add things that contradict another weapon or armor piece.

You can deal direct damage to their HP by shooting the legs, yeah. If you're using Survivalist, you can shoot a crossbow at them to immediately destroy the armor plating (This also works against heavies).

AR's also deal extra damage to armor plates since they have an actual health pool, albeit an invisible one that relies on visiual cues from the plate's condition. On Heavies, it'll appear more fractured and filled with bullet holes the more damage it takes.

Higher difficulty = higher drop chance for blueprints. If we're talking about resources and materials, higher difficulties have higher caps on those IIRC.

But the amount of materials is still RNG. You can get the same amount you get on Challenging, for instance, or you can get more if you're lucky.

You're better off doing Heroic since you've got a higher chance of getting the max amount of resources. And that max amount is higher than on Challenging because the lower cap is higher. I doubt you can get 5 dog tags or 5 canisters on Challenging, for example.

There is a 'normal' dye that doesn't black out all the fabric patterns on gear. It's called "solid - black" and it's green quality in the apparel menu.

after that: priority strongholds, reward doesn't matter, just the difficulty you pick.

Anything else after that is secondary, just focus on things that give you Season Pass XP, not just regular (SHD) xp.

No it’s droppable in general pools but it’s rare as the Virginian rifle. I have gotten claws a good amount of times farming bloody bondsman event since I need it for leveling expertise.

There might be a bug, but general guidelines are: you empty the water fully each time you use it, you keep an eye on both cannons as everyone DPSs the boss, if you see one go green you jump on and repeat. Just did it first time with a random matchmade group and the water just kept on lighting up as we damaged him more.

The main thing here is to use the water gun as soon as you see the green light, If you missed the timing, you're gonna wait for ages.

if you get the hunter to zero health but the timer still runs out, the mask is still dropped. It's there when you retry the mission without resetting it.
Was not the intention of the group but that's how it happened to play out.
