You only need 1. Keep the one w either DTOOC (Damage to target out of cover) or 2 stat maxed so you can just change the other stat

if you dont have either, then just keep the one with nearly full stat maxed

You can upgrade (optimise) two stats and then change (recalibrate) one stat

im pretty sure the weapons with the talents rolled werent affected. i only had a couple rifles in storage that changed, and they went back to normal. i dont put upgrades into weapons where the talent isnt able to swap, and a lot of time i already rolled them. meant to future proof the weapon so dont get stuck with a talent that gets destroyer... but it worked out that a lot of my loadouts were unaffected

Targeted loot on mask has about a 1% chance to be exotic and the drop source doesn't matter.

I see it all the time tho, some have bad exotic drop rates(myself included I almost never have exotics drop in countdown) while others have 1-2 drop almost every run. It's just bad RNG honestly and you should just ceska/grupo and farm other items that will advance you now and get the coyotoes when you get it.

armor regen would be from brand bonus like bellstone, gila guard, golan, memento exotic talent.

it can be a bit confusing because the fixer drone is technically regenerating your armor, but its 2 different attribute types.

you may be able to craft it if you have the blueprints. used to be able to use the crafting bench to roll down level 40 exotics to level 30. to test, you would need to get to the whitehouse as a new agent and not immediately boost to 30 upon agent creation. you would need to buy the shared blueprints/materials blueprints. if you have the striker blueprints that would be the time to try and craft it

boosting to 30 but staying in dc after the shared blueprints are purchased. im really not sure how the new agent process has changed with 1 end game tho

You need to run in and disable the mortar

or use an oxi build to disable it from far

You should ideally be trying to level up to 1k so you can max your watch

and have those basic bonuses

Having ouroboros isnt that big of a deal

Vector does simimlar job in terms of RPM and ACS shotgun for stacks.

Plus once you get past disabling mortars, you need to defend a tanker against multiple chunga spawns, super strong drones (not the normal ones you encounter in open world) and other enemies spawning.

Incursion is intended to be tough content for an experienced 4 player team, it's like legendary difficulty (maybe a bit easier but not much)

for a lot of that page i used NY > brooklyn bridge control point > on heroic. determined hotshot build , it doesnt need to be maxed out to work for this purpose. build attached and also in the spreadsheet in #td2-build-advice .

i kept resetting and running the same control point since its got a lot of range from spawn points and gives best opportunity to pick and choose targets for the different challenges. have all the correct modifiers enabled.

heroic cp spawns 2 named (attack/defend bosses).
youll get the ny control points done at the same time.
if you hold off on killing the shield rushers till close you can tick that close range rusher drawback challenge up each clear as well.
same with veteran at mid range.
there are some convoys thatll spawn in the same area so just pick those up as you goto the cp. makle sure to loot so that challenge ticks up.

you should able to skip the 200 long range with reversal and summit floors if the other stuff gets done🍻

added bonus, if you are still working on blueprints, youll get those each clear as well. gl agent

is there a guide on the recoil patterns of the different weapons? The stats don't seem to mean anything. e.g., the M4 is like a laser but the MK16 pulls sideways a bunch, even if they have the same stats

I would hope the patterns are randomized, memorizing recoil patterns in games is lame. If you can beat the mechanic whats the point of having it in the first place? Real weapons have a random recoil even if it "generally" pulls in one direction... (but I like a more realistic hard core sim experience as well most of the time.)

youll have to rely on bounties/missions to get your named kills then. heroic is the only cp difficulty that spawns named .
cp farming will still cover the other stuff if you lower difficulty tho, and maybe run some summit floors in place of the named kills . can skip 2 of the challenges

you would be surprised how well you can wipe out heroic cp with a hotshot build. the setup i posted will hit 30+mil with headhunter fully buffed and global modifiers active

model 700 is very strong, along with m44 and named whitedeath. all lack mag reload and an mod slot.

personally i use m700 carbon or sr-1 depending on whichever dropped for that alt. both have all mod slots, fast mag reload, and higher capacity. both are really close in damage as well

Lexington was a described as a veteran reward though so sadly you'll have to accept you aren't veteran enough to get a useful one.

Once you finish Jefferson Plaza they returned the survivors to the theater settlement. I think this point on you have to return to the White House and see where to go from there.

Think hh bonus damage is increased by dta (and maybe dth) but not dtoc, so they effectively increase your max stack damage, but at a cost to your no stack damage. Whether this is preferable depends on the content you're playing.

Eg if you can't quite 1-shot a legendary chungas helmet then dth might be enough to take you past that breakpoint

Memento is the hardest working single piece in the game.

I look at all it does. Cores and long buff only (at full stacks) represent:
-45% weapon damage
-2 shield tiers
-free armor and skill core
Skill efficiency (% in all Skill Buckets)
-30% skill damage
-30% status effects
-30% skill duration
-30% skill health
-30% skill haste
-30% skill repair
-# skill buckets™️
-3% armor regen

Short buff adds temporary core dependent boosts. so weapon damage, more skill efficiency, bonus armor.

you just really need to analyze where youre gonna use it to see if its benefits outweigh its drawbacks. mem will never outdamage a regular backpack talent. it is an easy way to hybrid without losing too much in the trade.

for example: memento+artificer+tech class is 3 shield tiers/2 skill tiers , 30%+ skill health (scales shield armor), 30% skill repair (scales % artificer repairs shield). this is all before figuring in any other part of the build.

Realistically you never have to play memento as cqb. Long buff is the strongest part of the talent and after stacked it can be 1 trophy every 5 minutes to maintain full long buff.
It does have a lot of synergy with hunters fury/intimidate/ hhf, and excels in cqb.

5 minutes is a long time, and you can just grab trophies after an area is clear.

climb a skyscraper of 100 floors, each floor is a different challenge. Custom targeted loot, and summit-specific challenge rewards. You don't need a group - it's quite easy to solo on the lower difficulties and lower floors, so you can just go in and take a look for yourself. Just go to your map, select Summit, hop in and have a look. BTW it's not unlocked until level 40.
