If you're going for pure xp per/hour, then the LZ (main map), Challenging/Heroic, with as many Directives as you can to remain fast.
then just do activities (primarily public executions/propaganda), CP's and Bounties.
oh and don't forget to "call for backup" via the Social menu. Re-do it after each person joins. Gl agent

In order to level up quickly you'll need a good build to start with. A good build doesn't need to maxxed out but it should have the right attributes/talents. Once you have that going the best way to level up is to do open world activites at the highest difficulty you can manage and the most directives you can manage.

Keep an eye on seasonal events because there are a lot of XP boosts there.

You also need to fill up your recalibration library. Very important.

There isn't any kill requirements for this stuff. You just need to find how to get in there. Ladders, rope bags you have to shoot, yellow boxes hidden around, there are tons of things.

Last resort would be a vid guide or asking for someone to join and help. Backup call maybe and explain what you are trying? I would help but am at work.

After reading about it, seems that they changed it to a key box that'll drop it but you need to complete the puzzle and kill the guy before opening the key box that drops a radom faction key will then drop the key needed.

okay, so, so far, I've got the doors opened, took out the elite which did NOT immediately drop a key, then opened the grey box which gave me a riker's key and THEN a storage key dropped in approximately the location the Elite died in.

I think that's the fix. The game checks to see what key you got first, andf then if you didn't get the right one it drops the proper one.

Really it's about DPS so you've gotta learn when to stack and rotate for ad spawns, love birds is best to kill them at the same time or as close together as possible. You run it a few times with good people teaching you and you'll know it well. It's honestly easier than DUA legendary.

It's 100 hits then your next reload. If you swap before getting your hundred and reloading you lose all that work, but you can reload shock ammo and put it away to save it if you want.

1st stage: It takes him two mags to kill the turret thing and it should only be one mag. I'm guessing he's running Striker chest. For first stage it's better to run obliterate for a more burst DPS. Basically anything that can single mag the turret thing is fine.

He's also crossing the other way wrong IMO. Running across middle almost gets him killed (just barely) and there's no reason to do it that way. Instead run down the stairs, kill a couple adds, and that'll be enough time for your decoy to be available again.

2nd stage: You really don't need a CC for this stage. Having the DPS people run EMP pulse/sticky is more than enough to deal with the drones. He said they're using CC to keep the enemies from damaging the tanker too much but the tanker is really low health by the end. If you have 4 good DPS that tanker should be at 80%+ health by the end tbh.

3rd stage: Yea that looks pretty much what people do. Only thing is no one was using sledgehammer. So do your team a favor and carry a Lefty to sledge the boss when you hose him. If they did that they wouldn't have gotten stuck on the 2nd damage phase.

4th stage: I'd look up some more recent videos of the Lovebirds stage. Most people these days just rush up and skip the whole splitting them up thing. There's really no benefit to splitting them up. If you have enough DPS you can just kill them both in 60 seconds and it's really not hard to do. If you have really bad DPS then most people will do the "gate" strat but that's kinda cheesy.

I'll suggest you find a build (builds from the spreadsheet are great overall) and farm it out in Summit or Countdown, as they both have selectable Targeted Loot (which means every few loot drops will have a guaranteed peice that is the thing you selected)

After that, go exotic hunting, finish the seasonal stuff, do harder content, do the raids and incursion, ect ect

The first two will always be those two. SMG damage & Crit chance for SMGs, AR damage and Health damage for ARs. The third will be randomized, and can be changed.

The recal station has 2 sides, the library and the station. You can break down items and "submit" their attributes to the recal library to save them forever

Each item can only be changed once, though. So say you find a weapon with maxed of the first 2 attributes, a third stat you want, but a bad talent, you can break down a weapon with a better talent (of the same type of weapon) and transfer the good talent onto that weapon.

You arent WT5, dont worry about making a build. If you have WONY, then you arent level 40, dont worry about a build. It wont be great.

Your build can do well for you currently, but in the grand scheme of things it is not great.

The stats in them matter though. Gunner has Armour on Kill as an intrinsic part of the spec, which is pretty sweet

Maybe a dumb question. Before seeing the Google spreadsheets, I tried youtubing video builds and saw a couple for "hit everything for millions of damage" type of video.

Why are those builds not being used?

Well, a couple of them that I looked at had low survivability if things go wrong. I try to notice what sort of activity they are engaged in when they demo the build and quite a few seem to be mostly open world. You can survive pretty well with just scrap armor in open world regardless of build. Take them into PvP or raids and they fold up under pressure. But that's just my observations and suppositions. Others will be able to help you more than I.

Strikers builds you can bring into normal content and it can scale up into legendary and the raids/incursion

It also depends on the video, as some people actually showcase the build fully without cherrypicking sequences that show their build in a good light. In addition, some will just spend 90% of a video ""explaining"" how to play the build and only near the end they'll flash the build on screen for a moment.

Builds in the spreadsheet are tested to work on heroic at minimum, and arent too hard to explain or farm out
