There's lots of viable high end builds and lots of viable gearset builds

What performs well for you depends entirely on how and where you use it.

I think Future initiative with btsu gloves will be a good start. Top that off with an alps summit backpack with a talent of your choice. Opportunistic is a good option, if you do choose to go this route, you can also use a Setup if you have one. Scorpio is excellent to boost your teammates' damage and keep you safe from people rushing you.

A mix of skill repair and skill haste is good

How much of each, depends on who you want to heal. In raids for example we can go pretty much skill haste on everything and still heal almost everyone in one chem, because most people run full red builds. If you're doing 4 player content, try going more towards repair skills imo, sonce your hive charges will heal more and you might have teammates with tank builds and so on. You won't need as much haste, since there's only half as many people to heal.

Especially in pvp, people will run more armor, although I have no experience with pvp healing or pvp much in general.

Damage dealt isn't really what you should be looking at tbh. Your main focus is buffing teammates and keeping them alive. There isn't really a good metric that reflects that

For Summit: If you swap a challenge out to "open one of the special crates", just before you do, it'll count. Them swap it back afterwards.

tl;dr for Summit challenges: just do any that are part of your current playstyle/build.

@blazing timber Welp finally got around to testing it and all you really need for solo heroic MMR HH is a chainkiller and WD and if you wanna one shot named you just need to use nemesis on them or tac 50 but you'll have to be a full HH stacks. You can wear all white lvl 1 gear otherwise.

Actually doing public executions and propaganda broadcasts on challenging or heroic with as many directives as you can handle. Should be able to get 15 levels an hour since you can complete each one in just a couple minutes. Just fast travel around and complete as many as you can as fast as you can….

i tested the rounds for Stagger - they dont stagger a target either. i fired on a heavy, it basically ripped several pieces of armor off of him, which THAT causes stagger regardless of whether its done with HV or not.

But it was DEFINITELY faster than normal rounds from a AR like Elmo's.

there is a HV Box right outside of a safe house down in the SE Corner, i grabbed those, and immediately came upon a Minigun BT Heavy, i ripped off 3-4 peieces of armor in those 30 rounds alone. normal bullets it takes nearly the entire mag to get at least 1-2 pieces off without HV Rounds.
