Replacing Chainkiller and airaldi backpack with 2pc Hapsburg gives 15% more hsd, only downside is regular hh instead of perfect (which really only affects the second shot). Both hapsburg pieces are true unicorns though so it's long term goal (and big flex to run).

I put something similar together yesterday but opted for memento instead of ninja+picaros, recalibrated a couple of the hotshot pieces to yellow. I figured the long term memento bonuses would cover for the loss of red cores and the skill efficiency would boost the skills decently. Only 3 yellow, but future perfect on my WD so I can hit skill tier 6/overcharge. It hits for up to 18m at max stacks, but can't quite one shot a purple without stacks which is annoying. Expertise and optimisation might fix that though.

Determined does preserve hotshot bonus, I believe that was the original point of it - to let you run hotshot without losing the bonus on warhounds, skill proxies etc. It only preserves HH on enemies with heads (and no helmets)

If you do certain stuff you unlock commendations which gives you patches

I think they’re located in the progression tab of the menu

No you don’t need max world tier for exo drops. Also you get some exotics from quests, exo caches rewards, etc - not just grind.
And keep in mind that most exotics are just nothing special and they are barely best in slot items (except just maybe 2-3 items and some exact exos for some special builds).

Coyote isn’t rare at all (at least for me) - just play DC open world as much as you can and you will get it eventually (best option is to play countdown with masks as targeted loot but im not sure if that option is available for you or not). And Memento is really quite rare - here the best option is definitely countdown with backpack targeted loot.

Think of it like this: you get a single small chance each run of the mission from the final boss

Farming before Countdown was just Summit, and before TL it was just the LZ and working with what you had.
Countdown doesn't exactly "trivialise" the loot farm, it just makes getting random scrap easier.

CPs are raising their lvl when you do activities linked to that CP (look on red lines from CP to nearest activities). So whatever your world difficulty is - lvl 4 CP is heroic (lvl 3 - challenging).

Yes, the npcs you would have to fight to capture a lvl 4 cp are as tough as regular npcs in heroic difficulty (plus a lot more of them will be elites and the bosses are nameds)

the only way to get the blueprint for Nemesis is for GWH to be Invaded. Invasions are the same for everyone.
You can obtain the Nemesis via someone else getting it from loot and then giving it to you, but that won't give you the BP for it.

hardcore is basically the same as softcore, nothing too serious, and no risk. they have dedicated guilds and groups for boosting. when you die, you simply ask others to boost you to 40, and you retain all your SHD levels. it's basically a little time wasted, nothing more. Unlike Diablo HC you lose all your character, gear, and paragon levels, wiped clean.

well, for weapons you use a lot then its worth. its a good idea that its godrolled with the correct stats, and preferably if you can roll the talent to whatever. expertise upgrades stay with the specific weapon, but if you can roll the talent to whatever it can still be utilized if the metas change.
i generally would not use exo components to reroll an exotic item unless it was one like elmos where you have a variable 3rd stat, most exo are locked and optimization is an easier way to top off the stats.

It's often on sale with a big discount. Also, the exclusive dark hours weapon Eagle Bearer isn't actually that good any more, it used to be but was nerfed.
Technically you can run Dark Hours at level 30 but almost no-one does, so it'd be difficult if not impossible to find a group for it.

Probably needs to be on hard. You can use a regular pulse to highlight all the armor plates.
Also one of the youtube guides shows a place you can stand where basilisk cant hit you. Afaik it still works.
