There are some that are almost game warpingly strong, in the right configuration. Dodge City Holster, Regulus, Ravenous and the Busy Little Bee for example can open up entirely new possibilities for crazy oneshots. Scorpio, Memento, Coyotes Mask and BTSU gloves are meta staples that are found everywhere and they can be absolutely great. There are many other that are strong/fun in the right context and by playing around with it a bit too

normally if farming gear you would donate it to proficiency/expertise system, then decon what is left. he just asking if you are already proficient in everything

good gear to keep > library any max attributes from junk gear> donate junk to expertise> decon the rest . its kinda the most efficient to cover all the stuff you can level/fill

and decon mats can also be donated to items you might not have, or items not available. just be careful because you can actually donate all your mats by holding a key

but IH is worth running anyway because regulus (the other exclusive exotic) is absolutely worth it

Ravenous is also available from dz, although IH is probably the faster way to get it. And it's quite useful, not just for speedrunning but in other applications too. It's excellent to survive Fieser, to cancel Morozova, to break chungas on Morozova, to break weakpoints on Razorback, or to shred dogs (purple dogs die in 1 rotation of 5 right, 1 left). It's also great for facetanking just about anything.

if you raise your world difficulty to challenging, you get lv3 CPs

Lots of really cool gear sets. Depends on what you wanna do. Strikers is great because it's a reward for shooting stuff which makes shooting stuff easier. Others might be harder to use or offer less rewards or just outright buff your team. What's good in the game is subjective as you might not like the gameplay required for some sets/builds.

Recommendations are much easier made when you put a I like x/y gameplay at the start.

Run countdown. Target masks.
It may or may not drop from an npc, but every other complete you'll have enough to buy an exotic cache.

You could also try summit with masks as it has a higher chance for actual drops, but doesnt have option to buy caches.

It just blocks notifications, you should be still receiving xp and loot rewards. There is a separate bug where xp doesn't appear to go up after completing activities, but usually just going in to the inventory will fix it.

The main difference between challenging and heroic is the number of credits you get, I suspect the loot quality is slightly better but I don't think it's a huge difference. If you go below Challenging there's a noticeable drop in quality though.

Just matchmake for challenging, it's relatively easy if you've got a couple of strong players in the group

Memento will get you 3% regen once you've filled the long term stacks, plus all the other nice buffs it brings. Running memento, technician and artificer hive will give you a tier 3 bulwark with good healing from the hive and let you keep everything else on red

Or you could try the Regulus build mentioned but if you don't have Regulus then put Determined on a D50 and use that instead.

you have to answer a call for backup (but not from friend or clanmate), and you have to earn enough xp in their game. You'll get one endorsement automatically at that point and they can give you a second one if they choose
