When you are Level 40 with an average stats Striker gear set and two average guns like Chameleon and a whatever and put the game at NORMAL difficulty you will 2 shot every enemy. THEN You go through all this trouble and grind to get the maxed out guns and gears and put game at HEROIC difficulty you will AGAIN 2 shot every enemy. It is like a snake that eats its own tail. When you reach that point what you do next? There is no more rewards. Help me make sense of it. Am I correct in my assumption?

but you already have progressed to the point that you have done all the missions and side mission and this and that already to reach the point to have the best guns and gears. there is nothing more to do after that. in 250 hours I have finished every single missions and game modes of the game at Heroic difficulty and I am very close to max out my guns and gears.

Oh... You are getting an exotic cache every game or every other game while doing countdown. An exotic every 20ish to 40ish minutes is a pretty good deal just for the exotic components and a shot at that shotgun. Otherwise best bet would be an outcast mission with shotguns as targeted loot if countdown gets boring.

they are in the general pool of blueprints, so the common sources for those are cp3 and cp4's, and you also get a blueprint for weekly projects and also the first time weekly clear of invaded missions, and a few other sources aswell.
it is a pretty big pool so it can take quite a long grind till you get that specific one, but you dont get duplicates so you will eventually have them all if you keep at it.

Yes, just be sure to have the share resources option from Inaya. Also, you only need 40 since once you complete one of the projects, it gives you back the 40 base materials to use on the other project….

Landmark drop rate is more like 25% though so that's the fastest farm if you've got a group (landmark enemies don't scale with group size so you can clear them super fast)

Well gotta farm another one then. You'll only get to change one attribute. What you are asking is called a unicorn. That backpack always rolls armor core so you'd have to have it drop with CHC and CHD.
Then you'd roll red core on it. Since it's named it's even harder to find.

Fun, tedious, it's all the same. I still farm unicorns all the time. Pretty much all that's left at this point tho so it still gives me something to do. New players should know what unicorns are but probably spend time farming other stuff until unicorns are the only progression for their builds.

When chaining body shots I'm just waiting on fire rate most the time but when I have to aim for heads at the chance of loosing HH it takes me 3-4 times the amount of time. Which if you say .5 seconds from shot to shot with determined vs 2 seconds per shot it's still a crazy amount of kills to increase.
But yeah if you could double or triple your effective kills I guess that's not op so yeah.

he definitely hits hard for sure. it's just about learning the mechanics and cheesing him with some crowd control and just burning him down most of the time.

I believe you need at least 2 parts before the blueprint will drop. But you can do tidal basin for the first part, the replay the invaded stronghold for a second part, then replay invaded grand wash for the blueprint…. Simple.

Don't watch youtube vids on it. They are almost all bad or don't apply to current strats you'll see used.
There are discords that do teaching raids. They will run you thru and show you everything.

It’s been 5x or more for me lately. And other days I don’t crash at all. Have already tried low graphics, on a 4090 so that shouldn’t even be a problem to begin with.

Limit your FPS, game engine can't handle more than 180ish fps and will crash a ton. I personally delete my shader cache weekly on reset day or with patches. You could also verify your files.
I don't crash often but some days I'll get like 8 crashes in a row for no reason.

question about blueprints. I had the doctor home that everyone got. I got it on one character, stashed it and picked it up on my character that is higher level. I bought the blueprint in the white house form inaya. It doesnt show up on the other account despite me buying the shared resources and blueprints. The only thing I can think of is I deconstructed it after buying the blueprint. Does that mean I'm hosed and have to find it again?

Ah, that's it then. I moved it to the other character to get the blueprint thinking I could craft again so I deconstructed it to the get exotic material. Me trying to be slick lost that gun for now I guess. lol

yeah, if a card drop happens in your world, for whatever reason (other players, or just that they die to other nps's), that you dont pick up, it will count as having been done for the porpuses of the system that tracks what nameds to spawn, as normally it will try to spawn one that the most people in the group still need, but if it thinks you already have it all it will go full random, meaning it can take a while to get that last card, ut you will get it eventually
one thing you can do aswell is if you figure out which one you are missing, is to get nameds to spawn at their dedicated spots, if its not the one you are after you leave them alone and fast travel away and back, and usually it will spawn a different one, one spot is west of federal that is easy to get to
