Yeah just ignore actually doing the mission and go straight to Targeted Loot farming.
the mission gets you a single chance each run to get it from the Coyote boss, TL farming has a chance from every single enemy.

and if you add on Directives/play on Challenging+, you'll get an even higher chance.

@thorn hedge didn't think anyone recognized me, but the server is pretty quiet these days, lots of the people who were leading the hunts have moved on to other games after Div was announced to not be getting new content, back when ever that was.

how does shepherding works? how do i accept backup calls and join them?

you can turn on the backup call option (IIRC it was via the map, forgot the actual name of tab, but set it to open) and you'll receive calls (you'll hear an audio prompt and see a text prompt in corner) then you can join via either holding a button listed in the text prompt, or via opening your map to the SHD? tab and highlighting the icon and joining them that way (provided a little more detail to the call on the map).

another way is to open map and go to the matchmaking tab and turn on the "on the call" option but this will auto join you into the next call, no warning....

One has a swap speed (in my mind = useless but higher AR damage and HP Damage) another has maxed Crit damage with lower Ar and Hp damage. which to keep?

the actual stat you want there is damage to targets out of cover, dttooc is in almost all cases the stat that you want on weapons, its both a good stat and its just also a higher amount than any competing stat

if you cant reroll because you lack the resources, then the chc one is useable if you can make effective use of its chc by rerolling chc on your build over to chd

the swap speed can be considered completely useless if used like that

well at raw state when you get the gear or gun at first look, which one is worthy of keeping? (before deciding what to do with them next)

you can reconfigure it with the blueprint you get at 91, at the crafting table, at close to the bottom of the weapons screen
each reconfigure will cost a exotic component as the hard to get resource,
and will reroll all the stats asif its a new drop basically, in the case of the st elmo it will also give you a chance at a different third stat.

if you have the exotic components to spare then reroll till you get one with dttooc and optimise that to full, otherwise the one with chc is useable

you want to get the right third stats in the case of st elmo, and hopefully close enough to full to not cost way too much to optimise,
in the case of other exotics then you can reroll till its only one or two optimisation away till full.
but also keep in mind that exotic components are harder to get, and even better spent on expertise grades mostly

except that it has the worse third stat, you can not recalibrate a single stats on exotics, so recommended you try to get the right stats, so a dttooc version, over maxed out swap speed, a half full with dttooc will outdo a maxed one with swap speed

and then optimise that one with dttooc over time if you have to

exotics are too rare to really donate them on proficiency, its better to deconstruct them for the exotic components once you have multiples, and just getting them to prof 10 with either donated recourses, or just running them for a while in your builds to get them to 10

but general gear you dont need is best donated i would say, to get your expertise lvl up over time

Hunter and Striker must have all RED and Eclipse must have all YELLOW. Right?

HF especially can be with a few armour cores if you want some survivability by pairing 2-3 blue cores and a shield

striker works best as full out red and eclipse is usually full yellow cores and all status effect

First off, memento is certainly not a must have for all builds. In many cases memento will not be the best option, especially since dps is so important. But to answer your question, matador can be good and is often used in pvp. It’s hard to get as it’s a dz exclusive, so I’d keep it especially since you have good rolls. Force multiplier is one of the best options for skill builds such as turret/drone. I can’t remember how good battery pack is and if I can’t remember then I will assume it’s bad. Devil’s due is dz exclusive like matador but the talent isn’t great. Other items, named included, can benefit you but sometimes just a regular high end may be the best option
