Somewhere in there. I've seen ppl wony run @ 1200-1400 shd for a smaller burst. But it's still faster than grinding up another 400-600 levels

Your gain from wony will always be your current shd-800

But having all 4 made now will allow you some extra as you climb. Highly recommend boosting other 3 agents and put through wony for the watch. You'll need those resources as you climb levels.

I played The Division on and off at launch, then got really into it once the last Legendary Missions and Gear Sets were released - I was blown away at how complete the game felt when it finished development.
Played the sequel on launch, stuck around until the first update with the big hovercraft thing, took a break hoping that time would add significant content and things to do.
Planning on starting a new Agent and just going through it again like it was new, anyting to know or avoid?

No, You still have to hit 100 shots to get the bonus and until that happens you don't have an active talent on the gun so those extra bullets are necessary.

Probably countdown . You get protective fabric from mask, bag, chest, knee, glove, holster. Break a bunch down. If you have shd in abundance you can also just buy stuff to break . But it's best to just collect and break

Question, ive noticed the ratiot between backpacks and every other item under the same brand is severely unbalanced. Im trying to farm a backpack in countdown that i need for pvp.

However im getting like 20 of gloves, holsters, knees and only 4 backpacks.. its like backpacks are at the and of the targeted brand table..

Good piece of early advice I got from one of the build nerds on here is "your agent is always made out of tissue paper, only a shield or cover stops that".

You'll want to stash that piece if using strikers. Ceska will give you better crit chance. More damage.
Contractors are good but you need to already have crit to make the most of then

Ideally you'll want a ceska chest with obliterate talent . Striker backpack is a must since it will give a ton of extra damage
