there is a skill haste buff in the firing range that will give 500% haste, you can turn it off with a button on the wall

there isnt a cap to skill haste but it is a logarithmic return per point, so it gives less and less cooldown reduction per point added into skill haste, trying to go to high with is isnt a effective thing to do because of it, so not a actual cap, but diminishing returns to the point its not worth it especially when if you need that lvl of haste, then there are other options like HW

you wont have enough storage to keep one off each gear and brand set for every slot, much easier is to just farm towards what builds you are interested in, instead of going full hoarder,
most of the time the real factor in what i keep is how hard it is to refarm if i were to need that piece, and that means that i basically dont store any gearset at all except system corruption (as that is a dz/pvp set and harder to farm), as they are all easy to refarm if needed.

most of the playerbase is in heroic, so on challenging you wont find many people matchmaking
and that isnt a mission anyone will specifically matchmake for, so even on heroic you will have to wait a while for it to fill up with people random matchmaking,
you also have the option to use call for backup if you really need some help to run it, or doing it solo on lower diff if you are struggling with it

They tend to get drawn away by npcs … if you’re approaching a bounty area for example clear the ads u run into so npcs don’t try to fight them and drag them off… they tend to do this with friendly convoys and the snitch. To find scanner pulse on skill build is easiest

And avoid certain areas really cause they’re annoying with how inconsistent they are, Washington monument, the mast CP, the cp south in constitution hall

Nah all exotics drop targeted. You might not have noticed it, but if you dont target a brand/gearset theyll always drop according to what your targeted loot is, if they drop from the general pool

tidal basin is always invaded (but it needs to be the regular invaded version, not legendary or manhunt). Only certain parts need to be gained in a certain order - the scope from tidal basin is always first, and you can't get the blueprint until you have at least two other pieces.

It's totally worthy imo. I'm returning to the game after a long break and I'm loving my time. But you have to like the genre, like analyzing the loot, putting builds together, not mind doing repetitive activities, not mind managing inventory, etc

That being said, I'd 100% prefer a shooter survival with light RPG mechanics (with the art style and lore of The Division) than an RPG with light shooter mechanics (what we have now). Like MarcoStyle mentioned in his "The Division - The Game We Never Got" video

its a big pool of items when it isnt targeted pistols, you are very unlikely to get it, but you can farm other stuff and get one by chance and you can also farm up DZ credits for when its on a vendor again, with it being 1 stat and 1 talent, any time its on a vendor its gettable and then optimise the WD and put what talent you want

any dz credits you get from the little recource containers in the dz will directly go to your inventory and can not be lost,
any dz creds you have from deconstructing items in the dz's can be lost if you die before you extract them.

To my knowledge it’s time gated. I believe you can replay invaded missions but I don’t think they will award the pieces. I did get two pieces this week though. The first from tidal basin, and I played DUA with someone else and unlocked the second piece.

it's effectively timegated by the fact that you can only get most of the parts from specific invaded missions/strongholds, especially the blueprint which only comes from invaded Grand Washington and only if you already have a couple of other pieces

invaded Zoo can drop any of the three pieces from the other three strongholds but only once per week

It may not be them disconnecting. The game crashes after the main objective ends for a lot of people as they approach the spec op (orange chest). So they think they’re about to get their loot next thing that happens is the game freezes and will stay frozen until it kicks you out or you close application

If you’re looking to level specifically it’s best to do it solo, I find randoms slow down control points more than they should, also don’t rely on a skill build solely as they can struggle against tanks (hard wired cluster spam for example or mortar turret) but they work great at everything else

There's over 7 weeks of it left atm
Once at max level, depending on what you're doing, you can finish season track (100 levels, so 100 SHD level ups) within even a day

But even with occasional and slow play, it should be more than plenty of time to get to 90 in the season track

depends on what you want out of the game, if you are interested in the story/lore then definitely not,
also in that specific case they were already at the world tiers, meaning they have already done the long part of the base campaign, the WT part is pretty short in comparison, so they might aswell just finish that,
and even if they really wanted to boost at that point, they could make a second char and boost that, as that is the same result but you still have the option to go back and finish the normal way if you wanted to

for wony's case it can be done in any order and will be at your level,
you cant outlvl it and make it easy, but it isnt hard to begin with so also not needed

you could try call for backup feature,
but also depends on what diff you are on, if you matchmake on heroic you should be able to normally matchmake and get someone without too long a wait,
also it can be done solo, al you really need is a decent red build and a scorpio, and the patience to wait and let them come to you one by one

likely you clicked "the division 2" section header and set it to collapsed mode, then it only shows channels when there is a new message in that channel, you can click it again to set it to normal mode

you can farm one from targeted loot set to shotguns, but even without it can be done with foam or shocktraps,
also if you dont specifically want to do it on heroic solo, then you can do it on normal if all you are after is completion

anyone has this daily task bug? when in DC, daily shows as summit 3 floors. however, once it's in summit, daily changes to bounties. After completing 3 floors and back to DC, the 3 floors only showed up in weekly as 3/30, but not in daily which still has 0/3 summit floors. it started last week, but became obvious with weekly reset

There’s no P2W or anything like that really, the premium pass is purely cosmetical rewards unlocked next to the rewards everyone gets for free so you don’t miss out on that either later (and if you’re max level and finish the season track and decide to buy the pass afterwards, you get all those bonus bonuses retroactively AFAIK - and finishing the season track is literally just by playing the game at max level, nothing fancy)

Once you have the game you can do everything, only thing to worry about having is the WONY DLC as that unlocks the actual endgame and most current relevant activities (and level 31 to 40)

Everything is very doable and I don’t think the player base is that bad that you won’t ever get any content in matchmaking, and there’s new waves of people coming in on various platforms during sales and stuff so it’s not like it’s expected of everyone playing at this point that they’re level 99999999 and know literally everything (I’d say most players with giga amount of hours and levels have far less of an idea sometimes what they’re doing than some people who joined a month ago)

Nothing to worry about, just enjoy it as it goes, and when in doubt call for backup or ask about stuff here

While I came in on PC, it doesn’t come across from various people on various platforms here that one has it really super bad (like not being able to queue for anything ever - just keep in mind overall most people don’t queue for the lowest difficulty in most things at max level as it’s quickly skipped with good gear, so worst case you can only matchmake at like highest and second highest difficulty quickly)

I got on board in December, I know people playing it as recently as of like a month ago, don’t feel like we were missing out on anything really

If you haven't got the parts for a good build yet then just stick to challenging for now, farm the right brands, talents etc before moving up for better rolls.

You mean from 1 to 30? What for in specific, since you can boost an alt to 30 any time (or start at 30)

In Wony you want to finish the Keener mission on it, for which you need to do the 4 quadrants, and if you do it with call for backup you’ll be 40 before you’re at Keener anyway

If you do it fully alone you’ll perhaps be a few levels short of 40 so can’t start last mission, I’d assume at that point same/similar as max level XP farm (convoys, territory controls, CPs in the way of things, I feel like missions wouldn’t be super time efficient there)

When in doubt use call for backup as much as possible on alts as with more friends = more enemies and everything scaled to 39 together means you’ll be getting a lot more XP

To keep it simple everything but scavenged skills, fragile armor and pistolero if not using an AOE build

Just slows ya down between waves especially scavenged skills since you’d only really have skills up for 1 wave on skill tier 0 or 1
