you might need to get the blueprint by completing the Captain Lewis manhunt mission before you can farm it (the mission unlocks at season level 53, you then just need to head to Jefferson Trade Centre and use the 'toggle mission mode' option to activate it)

Crafting bench. You can’t recalibrate it, but you can deconstruct the duplicate for exotic components so you can have a chance of betting higher rolls on your exotic. You need the blueprint to do this, if you don’t have it then buy it from inaya

The summit exotic is a chest piece not a backpack, and yeah each of the 5 pieces only drops within a specific level range so you have to do at least one cache level (level number ending in 3,6 or 9) in each range. Ranges are 1-20, 21-40, etc.

Use it with the defender drone and Concussion. Once you proc the EB, you also proc Concussion at the same time, then just launch the defender drone and run head on into enemies trying to get those three kills. The damage you can tank is amazing.

Run that build like this and it’s a net overall dps gain due to backpack. You lose 5% from no PGC, and 10 skill damage but overall more dps from +25% combined arms. And have same blue and yellow cores, 1 less red core but still backpack trumps it.

Not all the time I’m saying “if done correctl” it can certainly outdamage that more consistently and those extra set bonuses that you get from ninja bike like chance and dmg instead of using mods to get them to a good point you can reach that without the mods and instead of using red core mod you can use blue for prot elite for survival so ninja openes up alot of possibilities and can outdamage vigilante if done right I’m not disagreeing with you I’m not saying ninja is 100% better I’m saying there are in fact circumstances where it can outshine a backpack talent

For sets, some have strong backpack talents.
Other sets can skip backpack but get greater benefit from using another exotic or combo of gear
Ninja bag is a loss in chc and /chd so another loss there.

TLDR: Ninja bag is a great idea but poorly balanced atm, sadly

Well it would and should help, yes. AFAIK, the Caesar's Guard is the only named empress piece... hoooowever, it is currently bugged and only drops with a weapon damage core, which is obviously a problem because of this key factor:

When it comes to skill tiers, let's say it's the equivalent to a max damage core. You don't need to reroll them if they are what you need and you don't need to worry about getting, if this was the case, not a full skill tier (1 is max, so imagine if you could get 0.5 for example). So given the current situation, if you were making an all yellow build and got a CG with just 1 skill attribute and the other something random, you have 2 options. Recalibrate the WD core to a skill tier or recalibrate the attribute to what you wanted and run Technician (for the extra free skill tier) to get up to 6. It's entirely up to you so don't force yourself to take in what I have stated. It's just how I would personally do it.

So T6 with +50 SD, pending talents and expertise

you get 2 exotic boxes every week by completing the donation project and legendary mission. If you want to bother with summit, clearing 30 floors every week also gets you one. There are also challenges within summit where at the end you'd also get one as reward. But these aren't targeted loots.

yus that's normal, every week we get a set of missions and strongholds that are invaded, those are invaded that week, the rest aren't and you need to wait until some week they are invaded
(and once you complete an invaded mission that week it'll be cleared of invasion in your world)

See, I admire the Scorpio, if it would drop when I Farm the Summit. But also with that in mind, almost everytime I join a successful instance that the mission isn't bugged. Literally everyonr is running the Scorpio.

Strategy is key in those instances. Because I've seen "healers" rush into things and I always lean back . Because I need to launch heals the moment EMP ends and toss the hive into the most crowded area with most agents.
