You can only donate items that aren’t proficient. If all your items that are marked as junk are proficient, you won’t be able to donate. It seems to have no effect but run a couple of countdown sessions and deconstruct the items you get and look at the expertise level on the left hand side both before and after you donate. That number will go up.

Named Items in div2 are generally no better overall than non-named ones, it just depends on your build and what you're trying to achieve.
In the case of White Death, it's the substantial boost to HSD (headshot damage) that tips it into top 3 territory.

Mantis is there mostly due to its interaction with Decoy. A kill with Mantis resets the cooldown, meaning you can spam them out fairly fast with a good build.

im just leveling proficiency for as many guns as i can become im weird like that. Mantis just feels really good, and a bit more forgiving than Nemesis. i might just not have the right build for Nemesis yet though

Nemesis is a somewhat slower pace overall and requires more practice due to its delay between charge > fire.
however, it can also hit in the direction of 100 million damage, so there's that.

where if it were in TL as it should after you have the blueprint like season exos used to work as, then you could farm TL for it, and have a much better than full random chance

Thats dependent on skill level and build. But if I were forced into an answer - Washington grand hotel, and jefferson trade centre are fast missions. Fastest stronghold - Thats a toss between distrct union arena and the capitol

Fastest mission is very likely Lincoln. Can be completed in under 6 minutes with the right skill/build/practice. On Heroic.
but a lot of other ones are incredibly fast too. If you're looking for xp, don't sleep on the weekly Invaded missions too.

As for build, something that combo's tank and dps is good in general for speed. Allows you to keep pushing forward.
Hunters Fury is great for a starter in that area.

If you do it on day 1 then day 2 you just repeated what you did on day 1 for no reason and same on day 3 other than to keep u playing the game

to do so, we break a vent in the front and back of the RB so we can throw a grenade into that vent (this is done after getting all 4 generators in the inner circles to 100% simultaneously).

Huh I have no idea what your saying? The modifiers you can manually put when you start missions to answer your question. Each modifier correlated with different debuffs and that gives you more XP and higher loot chance

just know it skips all the DC content except for offsite missions, its recommended u do the offsite missions anyways because boosting in the games current state can lead to bugs and the mission being inaccessible which if u play through story you will have a comfortable understanding of the skills, guns and gear

boosting also prevents u from earning trophies and achievements on that character

but will get u to endgame faster - WONY picks up from division 1
