I think it works on set intervals. like it will always optimize to 75% whether its at 50% or 70%. the price just varies based on amount gained

If you just want content Division 2 I’d recommend listening to the comms as you come across them, load up the echos and try to see if they connect with the comms

the DLC goes to level 40 with a totally different end game grind.

Correct, although the "Classified Missions" are very optional, lore-heavy short side missions that act as Fast Travel points after completion.
WONY is absolutely required if you want to play div2 for the long term, just wait for a heavy sale, 75% off on PC is quite common.

specializations enhance your builds or give you tricks.
like currently, on my ar dps build, i use technician because it has a special underbarrel laser that 'pulses' enemies you aim at.. i combine this with other stuff on my guns and gear do to extra damage to pulsed enemies.

but on my hunters fury shotgun CQC build, i use the flamer thrower spec because the shield gives me a damage boost at 10 meters, and i liek the cluster grenades

if you dont spend the 5 bucks, you can still use the 3 specializations, you just have to do a 'questline' to unlock them.

also if yuou pay for them, you can still do the questline to get its rewards, you just dont HAVE to

As fast as you can fire the weapon. Stability helps lower recoil so the reticle normalises again after every shot, but accuracy is a hit or miss for me 😂

I naturally prefer the Classic version over the CQB while they have pros and cons. The Classic has a great feel to it that I've known and loved since picking it up.

Just the standard DPS build with PGC and Perf Vigi, nothing special. Sharpshooter spec. Sometimes I see 3 mil, but really it's 700k-ish non crit and 2 mil+ crit damage.

I haven't played Div2 in two weeks now, tbh. I just remember the numbers I plugged in using the DPS calc.

It's called the "CQB" for a reason lol. Also it's burst damage is so high that if you learn to shoot it just under it's max rpm it becomes much more accurate while still matching/exceeding the classic M1As max burst damage at range.
