There is not a proper aggro system for tanks, so it is more of how you position to take fire and not block people's shots. Healing is through specific builds in the game. Head over to #td2-build-advice and you can see the builds in the google docs in pinned messages. If you want to see a run through of how these roles interact with each other you can look up Iron Horse runs, as these roles are more important there.

There's no trading in this game. The only thing you can do is share an item if you were in a group when you got the item and only with those specific people in that group.
Once you modify an item in any way, it will become unshareable.

PvP I wouldn't know. I'm just going off of PvE experience. But if you can hit people's head reliably, I can't imagine that would be a problem.

Skilled players would probably pull it off, which is how games should generally be balanced anyway.

You don't look at the mediocre average and balance everything around that. You look at what the top dogs of the leaderboard can do with a set of items and balance it around that.

And then trickle-down balance will just run it's course to the lower skilled players.
