I run a striker saint elmo build, and I usually can do 70% of the damage very quickly if they can make them sit still for long enough.

Btw, I got an easy tutorial of poping flare early: use a 4% Regen build with exodus gloves, use decoy and hive to avoid being killed by hunters, call extraction. And finally, leave your PSN/XBOX/STEAM DMs open so you hear some players being aggressive at you, so you can report them for violent behavior.

their aggro is static and based on your aggro when deploying it
