They're incredibly hard, being "Heroic difficulty" at base, with 9 levels of increase past it.

Prototype gear have their own special buff (think of it like a baby talent) and increases base weapon dmg on weapons, base armor on gear

You can upgrade your existing gear so its a little different from classified gear from TD1

I recently did the Jefferson Center manhunt mission and it said the mission reward is blueprint of the bluescreen LMG
However when I go back to crafting station nor talk to the lady besides crafting station I didn’t see the gun available for me
I l checked on guides from YouTube but still find it confusing
Does it actually mean that by completing the mission this gun is now added to loot table for me? Or it got other meaning

from one of the caches you get a meta striker set already prototyped (4pc Strikers + Equalizer) but they come with random attributes which is KEKW. one of the other caches will give all the resources needed to prototype / reroll augments
