(as long as the Event is active, of course)

Really, the only thing you can ever really "miss out" on is Season pass stuff, which you can still make up for to some degree with Enhanced Season Caches.

But overall, it's not too bad. You can usually make up for lost time on most things.

The only exceptions afaik are special named items like Enforcer and Stinger.

The only thing is that it may or may not take a while. You could get lucky and get it in about 10 minutes of farming the bounty. Or it could take 30 minutes or more. It's all RNG and the named item pool is pretty big.

The same corrosive damage from the event works like Oxi in a way, and the servers would also take hits when people would Oxi farm Kenley

I just do the tasks passively. Like getting headshots with a specialization weapon or shotgun for example is so easy to do even on heroic
I will typically ignore the ones like melee kills or grenade kills as those ones just make missions, CP's and etc. take too long and it ends up not being worth it, at a certain point just speeding through to get the completion Xp for the level up stars is much more efficient

Yea but I mean like you can easily go into a retaliation and get the specialization headshots in between control points, that's what I did and it took no extra time at all. It's just about figuring out the best way to do it.
I have a crit/5 blue core/memento build so I just swapped to a shotgun and got the headshots while I did my activities to level up

Thats how you grind for as many stars as possible lol not to mention there are the super easy challenges like getting 200 headshots that kinda just come with playing the game normally especially with this event

Priority Objectives w/ an Exotic as a reward is the best way to flash-farm those.

Each SHD rankup during a Global Event will give you 1 "star" all the same, regardless of challenges completed.
I like to have the actual Challenges done passively.

Brooklyn is another map, and some missions, and a skill. There’s also an exclusive exotic tied to the final mission. I wouldn’t say it’s as necessary as WONY was but you can comfortably play without it. Just know if you want to use a certain gearset you need that specific skill from Brooklyn

Very much worth putting the time into div2, just take it slow your first time, and don't worry about rushing. Div2 isn't going anywhere.
