1. matchmaking for random bounties is the best way to do this Event. Just did 4 Houndsman Bounties in like, 15 minutes.
2. DZ locked named items drop from the mini hounds.

Make sure account is linked and you are watching participating channel. Also tab needs to be active in it's window and stream itself can't be muted (you can use mute via volume mixer or tab options).
